摘要: Enabling semantic reasoning service within the semantic framework in a M2M/IoT system includes: 1) an overall in architecture of semantic reasoning processor, which highlights the functional components and flows of the reasoning process; 2) defined procedures for reasoning rule management in M2M/IoT systems (e.g., create and delete) for different scenarios; 3) procedures for triggering and performing the semantic reasoning process in M2M/IoT systems, which may be triggered by semantic query and semantic annotation process in on-demand and proactive manner; and 4) methods of dealing with and processing the new information generated through semantic reasoning process, which may include generating more semantic information to describe the information generated (e.g., new data content).

摘要: The present application is at least directed to an apparatus operating on a network. The apparatus includes a non-transitory memory including an interface queue designated for a neighboring device and having instructions stored thereon for enqueuing a received packet. The apparatus also includes a processor, operably coupled to the non-transitory memory, configured to perform a set of instructions. The instructions include receiving the packet in a cell from the neighboring device. The instructions also include checking whether a track ID is in the received packet. The instructions also include checking a table stored in the memory to find a next hop address. Further, the instructions include inserting the packet into a subqueue of the interface queue. The application is also directed to a computer-implemented apparatus configured to dequeu a packet. The application is also directed to a computer-implemented apparatus configured to adjust a bundle of a device. The application is further directed to a computer-implemented apparatus configured to process a bundle adjustment request from a device.

摘要: A CoAP resource directory discovers, and creates a map of, autonomic nodes that meet certain security criteria for joining an autonomic control plane. The resource directory shares the map and/or neighbor relationships with the mapped nodes. The mapped nodes interact with the RD and with each other via the autonomic control plane to perform autonomic node and network self-management functions, such as self-configuration, self-protection, self-healing, and self-optimization. In addition, a CoAP option allows the autonomic control plane to be used for alternative routing of critical messages. The autonomic control plane may be observed and adjusted using a graphical user interface.

摘要: A cloud-based DNS-SD architecture may link together separate LANs to form a virtual discovery zone from a service discovery perspective that includes a cloud based DNS-SD server separate from regular Internet DNS, and asleep node handling, among other things. In an example, a cloud based DNS-SD server is separate from the regular Internet DNS servers. This cloud DNS-SD server may run as a private Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) specifically for service discovery in the virtual discovery zone.

摘要: Data discovery for sensor data in an M2M network uses probabilistic models, such as Gaussian Mixing Models (GMMs) to represent attributes of the sensor data. The parameters of the probabilistic models can be provided to a discovery server (DS) that respond to queries concerning the sensor data. Since the parameters are compressed compared to the attributes of the sensor data itself, this can simplify the distribution of discovery data. A hierarchical arrangement of discovery servers can also be used with multiple levels of discovery servers where higher level discovery servers using more generic probabilistic models.

摘要: System and methods that improve the use of network functions on edge data networks are disclosed. A mechanism that supports edge-assisted UE context and trigger collection is described herein, where a UE can actively send its context information and/or any trigger (e.g. a request for a network function/service to be deployed in edge data networks, etc.) to an edge enabler server, which processes the received context and triggers from its UEs. The edge enabler server may also forward UE context and triggers to 5G core network (5GC) upon receiving a solicitation request from the 5GC, or if the 5GC has already made a subscription for getting notification on UE context and triggers. A network repository function is provided as a new network function collect, store, and manage edge data network information.
