    摘要: The measuring transducer includes at least one measuring tube communicating with a line connected during operation for conveying a medium to be measured, and a support element oscillatably holding the at least one measuring tube. Additionally, it is provided that the support element contains at least two passageways, via which the at least one measuring tube communicates with the line, and that the at least one measuring tube is affixed, especially releasably, at at least one end to the support element by means of a screwed-fitting at one of the passageways. Alternatively or in supplementation thereof, it is further provided that the at least one measuring tube is, at least in part, made of cold-strengthened, for instance cold-stretched or autofrettaged, material. As required, the measuring transducer can further include at least two measuring tubes communicating with the line for conveying the medium; each of these two measuring tubes is to be connected to an inlet-side distributor element and an outlet-side distributor element. In such case, at least one of the two distributor elements can be embodied as an integral component of the support element, so that the support element can be kept, at least in the area of this at least one distributor element, free of materially bonded, joined locations, especially free of solder, braze or weld connections. The measuring transducer of the invention is especially provided also for applications in which the medium to be measured acts with a pressure of more than 500 bar, especially over 700 bar, on the measuring tube.

    摘要: This method of fastening a metal body to a an outer circumference of a single straight measuring tube, consisting of titanium or zirconium, of a Coriolis-type mass flow sensor does not need any heating, for example soldering, welding or brazing, process. The metal body has a circumferential surface and a bore adapted to the outer circumference. The metal body cooperates with an exciter arrangement or with a sensor arrangement or serves as a cantilever mass or as an end piece of the measuring tube. The metal body is pushed on to the measuring tube and is subsequently pressed on to the latter at ambient temperature. A pressure sufficient for fastening but not reducing substantially the lumen of the measuring tube at the fastening position is exerted on at least part of the circumferential surface.

    摘要: This sensor, for a fluid and suitable for use in a pipeline at least temporarily containing the fluid flowing therethrough, has at least one curved measuring tube, which vibrates during operation and guides the fluid, and a housing enclosing the measuring tube. The housing is composed of a metal cap of two cap halves and a supporting tube, in which the measuring tube is held at its inlet and outlet ends in a manner such that the tube can oscillate, and out of which a measuring tube segment protrudes sideways. Each cap half has an edge with, in each case, four edge portions. The edge portions are straight, the edge portions are curved, and the edge portions have the shape of circular arcs. The edge portions are welded continuously to the supporting tube and the edge portions are welded continuously to one another. The cap halves are cut out of a dish-shaped intermediate having a formed, surrounding edge bead, provided with the shape of a quarter-torus by metal spinning.

    摘要: The magnetic circuit arrangement, which is preferably used in a fluid-measuring transducer, comprises at least one coil which is traversed in operation by a current. It further comprises two armatures that are fixed to two flow tubes vibrating in phase opposition. The coil is float-mounted by means of a holder to a double flow tube configuration formed by the flow tubes. The armatures are shaped and aligned relative to each other in such a manner that magnetic fields produced by means of the magnetic circuit arrangement are essentially concentrated within the magnetic circuit arrangement, whereby the latter is also largely insensitive to extraneous magnetic fields. The magnetic circuit arrangement is marked by a long service life and, particularly if the transducer is used for fluids with high and/or varying temperatures, by constantly high accuracy in operation.

    摘要: The transducer has a case which is formed by a support frame for supporting a fluid-conducting flow tube and by a case cap for encasing at least one bent segment of the flow tube which vibrates during operation of the transducer. The case cap comprises a channel-shaped first cap segment with a circular-arc-shaped first segment edge of predeterminable radius R and with an essentially identically shaped second segment edge. The first cap segment has a circular-arc-shaped cross section with a radius r less than the radius R of the first segment edge. The case cap further comprises an essentially plane second cap segment, which is connected via a circular-arc-shaped first segment edge with the first segment edge of the first cap segment, and a third cap segment, which is essentially mirror-symmetric with respect to the second cap segment and which is connected via a circular-arc-shaped first segment edge with the second segment edge of the first cap segment. The second and third segments each have a substantially greater flexural rigidity than the first cap segment. The use of the case cap permits the case of the transducer to be made as pressure-resistant as possible at minimum cost.
