Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. In the solution, a terminal device receives first indication information in a first time period; and the terminal device transmits first information in a second time period, where a duration of the first time period is a first time unit, a duration of the second time period is a second time unit, and a duration of the second time unit is greater than a duration of the first time unit. In this way, although the terminal device receives the first indication information in a first time unit N, the terminal device transmits the first information in a second time unit M whose duration is greater than that of the first time unit.

Abstract: Embodiments disclose a data transmission method and a related apparatus, to enable a network device to schedule uplink transmission and a time resource on which the uplink transmission is located. One method includes transmitting, by a terminal device, a scheduling request, where the scheduling request includes information about at least one first transport block. The method also includes receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling information on a first time resource, and determining, by the terminal device, a target time resource, where the target time resource includes a second time resource or a third time resource, and a time interval between the second time resource and the first time resource is greater than a time interval between the third time resource and the first time resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, a second transport block on the target time resource based on the scheduling information.

Abstract: This application provides a method to improve resource utilization efficiency of an uplink control channel that carries feedback information. A terminal device receives one or more downlink channels carried in one or more first time units, the first time units belonging to in a time unit set; determines a second time unit for carrying feedback information corresponding to the downlink channels according to a first association relationship between the time unit set and the second time unit; determines a first codebook; and sends uplink control information including the first codebook in the second time unit. When one of the downlink channels is received in first time units that belong to a subset of the time unit set, and there is a second association relationship between the subset of the time unit set and the second time unit, the first codebook includes only feedback information corresponding to the downlink channel carried in the first time units in the subset.

Abstract: In response to a user equipment (UE) sending data to a first network side device over a first channel and to a second network side device over a second channel, a method includes determining that the first channel separately overlaps the second channel and a third channel. The method further includes allocating, according to priorities of the first channel and the second channel, a first transmit power to the first subframe j and a second transmit power to the second subframe i. The first transmit power is less than or equal to a first power upper limit. A sum of the first transmit power and the second transmit power is less than or equal to a first threshold. A sum of third transmit power of the third subframe i+1 and the first power upper limit is less than or equal to a preset threshold.
