Abstract: The present invention discloses an inter-base station beam configuration and management method, a base station, user equipment, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment, a beam signal sent by a base station; determining, by the user equipment, a receive beam based on the sent beam signal; receiving, by the base station, a beam signal sent by a terminal device; determining, by the base station, a receive beam based on the sent beam signal; performing dynamic selection and fast beam switching between base stations in combination with a coordinated multi-point technology; and performing fast beam alignment between the base station end with the user equipment end. This application can effectively implement fast beam switching and alignment between base stations and support dynamic base station selection, thereby improving link reliability.

Abstract: A method for indicating downlink control signaling and a related device are provided. The method includes: generating, by an access network device, indication information, and sending the indication information to a first terminal device by using downlink control signaling, where the indication information is used by the first terminal device to obtain information about an antenna port that is used by a second terminal device and that is corresponding to a demodulation reference signal, and the second terminal device is a terminal device currently performing spatial multiplexing together with the first terminal device. This implements interference detection performed by the first terminal device on a plurality of users.

Abstract: An information processing method is provided and applied to a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communications system, where a plurality of data demodulation reference signal ports are allocated to UE, and the method includes: obtaining, in a scheduled time-frequency resource, information about whether the plurality of data demodulation reference signal ports allocated to the UE meet a particular port relationship, where meeting the particular port relationship means that signals sent by using any ports experience same or similar large-scale properties; and sending an indication of the information about whether the particular port relationship is met, so that for at least two data demodulation reference signal ports that meet the particular port relationship, the UE performs channel estimation, frequency offset estimation, or demodulation by using same parameters.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel information feedback method, a channel information determining method, a receive end device, and a transmit end device. The channel information feedback method includes: generating at least one piece of description information for each of a plurality of subbands included in a wideband, where each piece of description information is used to describe a description vector of a channel matrix corresponding to the subband, the description information includes at least one of a vector parameter and a weighting parameter; and sending the at least one piece of description information. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a channel information determining method, a receive end device, and a transmit end device. A precoding effect can be improved when precoding is performed based on the description vector fed back in the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention.

Abstract: A synchronization processing method, including sending, in a first time unit, by a network device, a first synchronization signal having one or more first beams to a terminal device, and sending, in a second time unit, a second synchronization signal having one or more second beams to the terminal device. The first synchronization signal and the second synchronization signal cause the terminal device to determine, according to the first synchronization signal and the second synchronization signal, an optimal transmit beam of the network device for the terminal device from the one or more first beam and the one or more second beams, and further to determine a time sequence in which the optimal transmit beam is located. A time offset corresponding to each first beam and second beams is different, and is a difference between a time sequence of the beams and a time sequence of the second beams.
