    摘要: A steering force assist command value in correspondence with a steering torque is represented by approximation function equations lower than the order of the higher order function equation. The steering torque is sampled at predetermined time intervals and the steering force assist command value in correspondence with the sampled steering torque is calculated by the approximation function equations where when data outputted from a calculation device comprise 16-bit data, upper 8-bit data is outputted to a motor drive circuit and lower 8-bit data is omitted, and the omitted lower 8-bit data is added in calculating operation of next sampling period. An error of the steering force assist command value by omission of the lower 8-bit data is reduced and steering feeling can be improved.

    摘要: A control apparatus to be employed in electric power steering system for controlling the output of a motor aiding a steering operation in accordance with the value of a current control signal computed from a detected motor current and the value of a current command signal computed in accordance with a steering torque. The control apparatus comprises an electronic control circuit including a CPU. A stabilization compensator is inserted into a later stage of a torque sensor for detecting a steering torque in order to improve the stability and responsiveness of the control system. The characteristic of the stabilization compensator is expressed by the following characteristic C(s) which has a functions to eliminate a peak at a resonance frequency of a resonance system including inertia and spring elements in the electric power steering system: C(s)=(s.sup.2 +a.sub.1 s +a.sub.2)/(s.sup.2 +b.sub.1 s+b.sub.2) where notation s is the Laplacean operator and symbols a.sub.1, a.sub.2, b.sub.1 and b.sub.2 denote parameters determined by the resonance frequency of the resonance system.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an anchoring system and method for installing exterior materials to a building structure particularly suited for when the exterior materials are to be placed at a distance from the building structure. The anchoring system utilizes a separator rod having two ends wherein one end is secured within a nut joint embedded in the exterior material and the other end is attached to an anchoring device anchored to the building structure. The anchoring device has a speed nut which accepts the other end of the separator rod, allowing the rod to advance into the anchoring device but which inhibits movement of the separator rod out of and away from the anchoring device in a rachet fashion.
