The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for selecting a relay in D2D communication. The method includes: determining, by a relay selection device, link quality of a first link of each candidate relay UE in a candidate relay UE list, where the candidate relay UE list includes at least one candidate relay UE, and the first link of each candidate relay UE is a radio link between each candidate relay UE and a base station; and determining target relay UE from the candidate relay UE list according to the link quality of the first link of each candidate relay UE in the candidate relay UE list, where the target relay UE is used for relaying data transmitted between first UE and the base station.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a device to device (D2D) communication method and apparatus, to resolve at least a problem of a low success rate of discovery between user equipments in the prior art. The method includes: determining, by a first user equipment (UE), first signaling to be sent, where the first signaling includes one or a combination of the following information: a transmission probability, a quantity of retransmission times, a transmission period, a type of a cyclic prefix (CP), a transmit power, a current quantity of hops, a quantity of antenna ports, a transmission mode, a bandwidth of a D2D link, a D2D link frame number, time division duplexing (TDD) uplink and downlink configuration information, or information indicating whether the first UE is within a network; and sending, by the first UE, the first signaling to second UE using the D2D link.

A method includes: determining, by a first device, a frequency hopping parameter and a quantity of retransmission times of to-be-transmitted data, wherein the frequency hopping parameter comprises an initial frequency hopping location, a bandwidth of the to-be-transmitted data, a frequency hopping offset, and a total frequency hopping bandwidth; determining, by the first device, a first start location of the to-be-transmitted data according to the quantity of retransmission times of the to-be-transmitted data and the frequency hopping parameter; and sending, by the first device, the to-be-transmitted data to a second device according to the first start location and the bandwidth of the to-be-transmitted data.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system. The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of communications technologies and are used to resolve a problem of resource scheduling in Device-to-Device (D2D) communication. The method includes: sending, by a first node, first control signaling to a second node, where the first control signaling includes information about a resource for second control signaling transmission and information about a resource for data transmission; and receiving, by the second node, the first control signaling sent by the first node, and sending second control signaling to a third node by using the resource for the second control signaling transmission, and sending data to the third node by using the resource for the data transmission. The resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system can be applied to a data transmission device requiring relatively high delay performance.

The present invention discloses a resource reuse apparatus, user equipment, and a resource reuse method. The method includes: monitoring, by first user equipment, idle resources so as to obtain a first idle resource set; claiming, in a first cycle, to use a first resource, where the first resource is a resource in the first idle resource set; determining whether the first resource exists in a first claimed resource set, where the first claimed resource set is a set of resources that are claimed to be used by another user equipment except the first user equipment; and if the first resource exists in the first claimed resource set, claiming, in a second cycle, to use a second resource, where the second resource is a resource, in the first idle resource set, that is different from the first resource; or reclaiming a resource after at least one cycle following the first cycle.

The present invention provides a signal sending method and device. The method includes: sending a first discovery reference signal to first user equipment by using a first transmit power and a first transmit period, where the first discovery reference signal is used by the first user equipment for signal quality measurement; sending a second discovery reference signal to second user equipment by using a second transmit power and a second transmit period, where the second discovery reference signal is used by the second user equipment for signal quality measurement; and receiving a first signal measurement result of the first user equipment for the first discovery reference signal, and receiving a second signal measurement result of the second user equipment for the second discovery reference signal.
