A total amount of one or more elements included in the additive is in a range from 0.1 wt % to 30 wt % of the SrTiO3:Pr phosphor. The additive is WO3 and a particle size distribution of WO3 is such that a weight of WO3 whose particle diameters are in a range from 0.2 to 0.4 μm is not less than 70% of a total weight of WO3. A fluorescent luminous tube includes the SrTiO3:Pr phosphor.
