摘要： A transmitting/receiving system and a data processing method of the same are disclosed herein. The receiving system may include a receiving unit, a first processing unit, and a second processing unit. The receiving unit receives a broadcast signal including mobile service data and an FIC segment from at least one slot. Herein, a transmission frame may be configured of a plurality of sub-frames for receiving at least one ensemble and at least one mobile service, and a sub-frame may be configured of a plurality of slots. The a first processing unit extracts FIC segments each having a different FIC chunk major protocol version from the broadcast signal, and acquires a number of the corresponding FIC segment, a number of the last FIC segment, and FIC chunk major protocol version information from each segment header of the extracted FIC segments. The second processing unit obtains an FIC chunk including signaling information between at least one ensemble and at least one mobile service frame from respective payloads of the FIC segments, based upon the acquired number of the corresponding FIC segment, number of the last FIC segment, and FIC chunk major protocol version information.

摘要： A method of transmitting/receiving a broadcasting signal and a broadcasting receiver are disclosed. A rating region table (RRT) including a rating value identifier identifying rating information is stored, and, when broadcasting contents are received, the rating value identifier is obtained from a descriptor (or service discovery information) including the rating information of the contents. Then, the received broadcasting contents can be blocked according to the rating value identifier obtained from the descriptor and the rating value identifier of the RRT. Accordingly, although the RRT is changed, the broadcasting contents can be conveniently blocked using the unchanged rating value identifier.

摘要： A region rating table includes a number of rating dimensions and a number of rating levels. The rating dimensions may be identified by an index. Also, one or more rating level tags are added to the rating levels. The rating level tags identify each rating level within a rating dimension uniquely. The rating region table may be downloaded to the receiver for the user to set blocking preferences. A content advisory description may be specified. When content is received, it is analyzed to determine if it should be blocked based on the dimension index and the rating level tag. If the content is acceptable, it is not blocked, and if it is not acceptable, then it is blocked. Using the rating level tag to identify a rating level within a dimension allows changes to be made to the region rating table without creating unwanted blocking behavior and viewer confusion.

The receiving unit receives a broadcast signal including mobile service data configuring a data group. Herein, a transmission frame consists of multiple sub-frame, a sub-frame consists of multiple slots, and the data group is allocated to at least one slot. The signaling decoder acquires an FIC segment from the broadcast signal. Herein the FIC segment consists of an 35-byte FIC segment payload including a portion of a signaling information between at least one ensemble and at least one mobile service, and an 2-byte FIC segment header including current/next (C/N) indication information indicating whether data of the FIC segment payload corresponds to information of a current transmission frame or to information of a next transmission frame. The FIC handler recovers at least one of an FIC chunk including signaling information between at least one ensemble and at least one mobile service of the current transmission frame and an FIC chunk including signaling information between at least one ensemble and at least one mobile service of the next transmission frame, from the payload of each FIC segment by using the C/N indication information.

摘要： A method of transmitting/receiving a broadcasting signal and a broadcasting receiver are disclosed. 摘要： A receiving system and a data processing method are disclosed. The receiving system includes a signal receiving unit, an FIC handler, a manager, and a decoding unit. The signal receiving unit receives multiple Reed-Solomon (RS) frames comprising desired mobile service data for multiple ensembles and fast information channel (FIC) data including an indicator field, wherein the indicator field indicates whether or not the desired mobile service data are delivered through the multiple ensembles. The FIC handler obtains the indicator field from the FIC data. The manager determines at least one ensemble based upon the indicator field. And, the decoding unit decodes IP streams of the desired mobile service data from the RS frame of the determined ensemble.
