Abstract: A display device includes a light-emitting device; an encapsulation layer disposed on the light-emitting device; an insulating layer on the encapsulation layer; a plurality of first touch sensors on an upper surface of the insulating layer, and arranged in a first direction; a plurality of second touch sensors on the upper surface of the insulating layer, and arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and a discharge pattern disposed between the encapsulation layer and the insulating layer, and overlapping an area between a first touch sensor of the plurality of first touch sensors and a second touch sensor of the plurality of second touch sensors. Further, a first end of the discharge pattern is connected to one of the first touch sensor and the second touch sensor through a contact hole of the insulating layer.

Abstract: The present embodiments generally relate to a display panel and a display device which may recognize touch. A display panel is provided in which a touch sensor and a touch line are disposed in an active area in which a part of an outer edge of the touch line is curved to correspond to a curved shape of the active area in the display panel so that the touch sensing is allowed in display panels having various shapes. Further, a touch display device is provided in which an open area is located between two adjacent touch lines disposed on the display panel so that touch sensing is allowed also in the display panel including an open area such as a hole or a notch.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch display device, and more specifically, relates to a touch display device having a bottom emission structure. According to the touch display device, by disposing a touch electrode and a touch planarization layer between a substrate and a thin film transistor, a touch sensing function can be implemented without affecting the disposing of components for display driving. Further, by disposing a shielding electrode to which a constant voltage or a signal equal to a touch driving signal is applied between the touch electrode and a light emitting element, a noise of a touch sensing signal caused by display driving can be reduced and the performance of touch sensing performed together with the display driving can be improved.

Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display panel are provided. The touch display panel includes a bend area adjacent to the periphery of the touch display panel, and touch lines disposed in the bend area have zigzag shapes that extend at angles with respect to a bend axis about which the bend area is bent. A first dielectric layer includes a compensation pattern that is located in the bend area and includes an opening that extends in a direction parallel to the bend axis. A second dielectric layer protrudes into the opening of the compensation pattern in a depth direction. During bending of the bend area, this configuration disperses force applied to portions of the touch lines and the dielectric layers in the bend area. This can consequently prevent both cracking due to bending and moisture permeation due to cracks.

Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display panel. Touch lines and contact pads are disposed between touch electrodes, arranged in touch electrode lines in the touch display panel, and a driver circuit. A total of the area of each touch line and the area of the corresponding contact pad has a predetermined value. Differences in parasitic capacitance among the touch lines according to the positions of the touch electrodes are compensated for. It is possible to prevent the accuracy of sensing from being lowered by differences in parasitic capacitance among the touch electrodes disposed in different positions.
