Abstract: A method of performing contention based multiple access (MA) by a base station in a wireless communication system, includes receiving information regarding a best beam ID (identifier) from each user equipment (UE), allocating a resource for contention based multiple access per beam based on a number of best beam ID per beam obtained from the information regarding the best beam ID received from the each UE, and transmitting information regarding the resource for the contention based multiple access allocated per beam, to the each UE. In this case, an amount of the resource allocated for the contention based multiple access per beam is in proportion to the number of best beam ID per beam.

Abstract: A method by which a transmission user equipment (UE) transmits a sounding reference signal (SRS) in a wireless communication system, according to the present disclosure, can comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, first configuration information including a timing advance and/or a timing advance offset; receiving, from the base station, second configuration information including SRS configuration; and transmitting an SRS to a reception UE on the basis of the first configuration information and the second configuration information. The timing advance is the same as the downlink reception timing of the reception UE, and the timing advance offset can be set to transmit the SRS. The timing advance can have a value corresponding to the downlink reception timing of the reception UE.

Abstract: A method for receiving orthogonal time, frequency and space (OFTS) basis allocation information by an user equipment in a wireless communication system using an OTFS transmission scheme includes receiving control information including information on an OTFS basis size N from a base station; and receiving data on OTFS bases of a predetermined size indexed according to a pre-defined rule in an N×N OTFS transform matrix on time and frequency domains corresponding to the OTFS basis size, wherein the OTFS bases of the OTFS basis size N is represented into an N×N OTFS transform matrix, wherein in the N×N OTFS transform matrix, a row index represents a cyclic frequency shift index, and a column index represents a cyclic time shift index, wherein the indexing according to the pre-defined rule includes indexing the OTFS bases of the predetermined size in an order such that the cyclic frequency shift and the cyclic time shift in the N×N OTFS transform matrix are maximized.
