摘要： A transmission apparatus includes a license data input unit accepting an input of license data which permits reproduction of a storage content linked from a streaming content; a multiplexer generating multiplexed data by multiplexing the inputted license data on a broadcast content for a predetermined period of time; and an output unit transmitting the generated multiplexed data to a content reproduction apparatus via digital broadcast. The content reproduction apparatus includes a receiving unit receiving multiplexed data; a demultiplexer extracting license data and a broadcast content from the received multiplexed data; and a content reproduction unit reproducing the extracted broadcast content, and when obtaining a storage content whose reproduction is permitted based on the extracted license data, reproducing the obtained storage content based on the license data by switching the reproduction from the broadcast content to the storage content.

A host (100) includes a secure data management unit (105) which securely manages secure data, a host communication processing unit (101) which transmits secure data managed by the secure data management unit (105) to a card (200), and a playback unit (104) which uses the content in the case where use of the content is assessed to be permitted by the card (200); the card (200) includes a license management unit (203) which holds use conditions for the content, a card communication processing unit (201) which acquires the secure data from the host (100), and a usability assessment unit (204) which assesses whether or not use of the content is permitted by the host (100) based on the secure data acquired by the card communication processing unit (201) and the use conditions held in the license management unit (203).

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a system in which it is possible to pre-warn the consumer who is trying to purchase contents that cannot be written on the PD that the contents cannot be written on the PD. Based on the PD writability information, the PD writability detector determines whether the contents distributed by the distribution system notified by the distribution system detector can be written on the PD. If it is determined that the contents cannot be written, the PD writability detector requests the controller to warn the consumer.
