摘要： A radiator fan driving module applied to a power system/power supply device is configured as a single unit on which a fan driving circuit is designed, whereby the amount of the radiator fans is easy to be varied based on requirements of the power system. The fan driving circuit controlled by a PWM circuit applies a DC voltage to the radiator fan whereby the radiator fan is driven at a PWM voltage with a non-zero low level voltage, thus the driving current to the radiator fan is smooth and the lifetime of the radiator fan is prolonged because stress that the radiator fan bearing bear is minimized. The PWM circuit further addresses temperature and load condition to improve the operation efficiency of the radiator fan by speeding up while temperature is too high, and slowing down while the load that the power system experiences is light.

摘要： A data processing network having at least one centrally accessed computer connected to a plurality of PC Client computers of various types containing myriad “content”, defined as any type of multimedia, program and OS elements, files or text and voice and video messages located in accessible storage, the centrally accessed computer having content management software and a database containing one copy of each content element unique to one PC Client and one copy of each content element common to a plurality of PC Client computers, each PC Client computer containing a software agent and numerous content elements in local accessed storage. A method and means for maintaining one copy of each common content element and one copy of each unique content element, stored in the database of the centrally accessed computer and for refreshing the contents of the PC Client computers as required from the database and network resources.

摘要： A stroller includes a wheeled stroller frame with a handle unit for pushing the stroller frame, and a seat member mounted on the stroller frame. The stroller frame has a pair of horizontal linking plates on two sides of the seat member. A shock absorbing device includes a frame unit disposed between the linking plates and mounted swingably on the linking plates, and a spring unit. The frame unit is movable relative to the linking plates in a first direction, wherein the frame unit swings forwardly and downwardly, and in a second direction, wherein the frame unit swings rearwardly and upwardly. The spring unit interconnects the frame unit and the linking plates and biases the frame unit in the second direction. The seat member has a seat portion with a bottom side that is provided with a mounting unit for mounting the seat member on the frame unit of the shock absorbing device.
