摘要: Process and apparatus for producing apertured or non-apertured nonwoven fabric wherein fibrous web is introduced onto support means and treated with high velocity water streams jetted from above. The non-apertured nonwoven fabric may be produced by fiber entangling treatment on a smooth surfaced plate including a plurality of drainage holes as first support means or by further fiber entangling treatment performed on water impermeable second support means after the fiber entangling treatment performed on the first support means. The apertured nonwoven fabric may be produced by, after the fiber entangling treatment on the first support means, using, instead of the second support means, another second support means consisting of a smooth surfaced plate provided with a plurality of projections and drainage holes so that individual fibers of the fibrous web are deflected by water streams jetted from above the fibrous web aside towards zones of the surface defined by each pair of adjacent projections while entangling these individual fibers with each other.

摘要: A method for coating a dispersion slurry containing a solid SAP dispersed in a dispersion medium on a surface of a substrate sheet are provided. The method is characterized in that a first region and a second region are formed on the surface of the substrate sheet with a convex-and-concave pattern wherein the first region have the coating layer in thicker thickness and the second region have the coating layer in thinner thickness or does not scarcely have the coating layer, by means of positioning the rotating pattern roll over the substrate sheet via the cover film, of supplying the dispersion slurry between the substrate sheet and the cover film while rotating the rotating pattern roll, and of pushing the coating layer with the rotating pattern roll via the cover film, when the coating layer of the dispersion slurry is formed.

摘要: An absorbent product capable of preventing the absorbing rate from significantly lowering with the elapse of time, from the start of use to a final stage when the absorbing capacity of the product reaches a limit, is provided. The absorbent product has a very small re-wet amount. The absorbent product includes a liquid-impermeable surface sheet positioned on the upper side, a liquid-impermeable back sheet positioned on the lower side, and an absorber containing super absorbent polymer to absorb discharged liquid positioned between the surface sheet and the back sheet, wherein a flow passage is provided to allow a part or all of the discharged liquid supplied to the surface sheet to move to a side of the back sheet.
