    摘要: A non-woven gauze product and a method and system for manufacturing same. The spunlace device includes a second spunlace machine having a shaping layer on the surface, the shaping layer is provided with pointed projections having tapered tops disposed in a matrix arrangement, each pointed projection has a bottom of rectangular cross-section, the bottom size of each pointed projection is larger than the bottom distance between two adjacent pointed projections. A non-woven cloth having rectangular holes in an array layout is formed by water jetting the fiber-web at the second spunlace machine. The rectangular holes in an array layout are presented in a flat structure having warp and weft, and the dimension of each rectangular hole is larger than the line width of warp and weft. The features of such non-woven cloth are similar to those of gauze, so the non-woven cloth can be a substitute for the current gauze.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are cylinder forming apparatuses for making nonwoven webs. In one embodiment, a cylinder forming apparatus has a first source configured to dispense a first fluid flow stream, and a second source configured to dispense a second fluid flow stream, wherein at least the first fluid flow stream comprises a fiber; an arcuate mixing partition downstream from the one or more sources, the arcuate mixing partition positioned between the first and second flow streams, the apparatus defining one or more openings that permit fluid communication between the two flow streams; and a cylindrical receiving region situated downstream from the sources and proximal to the first flow stream and designed to receive at least a combined flow stream and form a nonwoven web by collecting fiber from the combined flow stream. Methods of using the apparatuses are also disclosed.

    摘要: A method for the manufacture of spatial objects of a fleece or felt, wherein the fibers are deposited on a mold that is preferably air-permeable. The fibers may be attracted to the mold by a vacuum applied to the underside of said mold. Preferably, the mold has several spatial structures that define the shape of the fiber web that is being formed and that correspond at least approximately to the desired final shape. By subsequent compacting of the thusly obtained fiber web, a spatially three-dimensional felt object is obtained. In this method, subsequent deforming steps are unnecessary or reduced to a minimum, so that the material to be produced does not experience any substantial distortion.
