Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to mechanisms to provide physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) negotiation during sidelink connection establishment. A first UE may determine one or more conditions for PSFCH communications via the sidelink session(s) with the second UE. If the second UE accepts the conditions provided, the first and second UEs complete the sidelink connection. Further, while the first UE has a sidelink communication session with the second UE, a third UE may initiate another sidelink connection with the first UE. The first UE may compare the priority of the proposed sidelink connection with the priority of the ongoing sidelink communication session with the second UE. If the second UE's priority is greater, the first UE will maintain the second UE's status. If less, the first UE may engage in a renegotiation with second UE for the ongoing sidelink communication session to update their PSFCH conditions.

Abstract: The apparatus may be a first UE. The first UE may determine a first set of candidate BPLs associated with a first SL and a second set of candidate BPLs associated with a second SL. The first UE may further determine a configuration for FD beam training based on the determined first set of candidate BPLs and the determined second set of candidate BPLs, the FD beam training configuration may include multiple instances for which the first UE transmits and receives RS at a same time. The apparatus may also select, based on the determined FD beam training configuration, a first BPL in the first set of candidate BPLs for the first SL and a second BPL in the second set of candidate BPLs for the second SL. The first UE may establish FD communication with the second UE based on the selected first BPL and the selected second BPL.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support paging for network-based user equipment (UE)-to-UE communication. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication performed at a network entity includes identifying a UE-to-UE paging request condition originating at a source UE. The method also includes identifying one or more other network entities within a paging area relative to a location of the source UE. The method further includes transmitting, to the one or more other network entities, one or more paging messages in accordance with the UE-to-UE paging request condition. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a first user equipment (UE) may identify a configuration for an assisting node (AN) that includes an indication of a set of time resources during which the AN is active and an indication of location information that indicates communication direction information corresponding to communications via the AN during the set of time resources. The first UE may select a time resource from the set of time resources based on the indication of location information, a location of the first UE, and information associated with a packet for transmission from the first UE to a second UE via the assisting node. The first UE may transmit the packet over the selected time resource.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A communication device (e.g., a vehicle) in wireless communications system (e.g., a cellular-vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system) may support adaptive radar transmissions based on information received in a public safety message. The communication device may use information included in the public safety message to adapt radar transmissions to enable timely detection of vulnerable road users (VRUs). In some examples, based on a location and a velocity estimate provided in the public safety message, the communication device may adjust the radar transmissions to experience a trade-off between range and velocity estimation performance. Additionally or alternatively, based on positional accuracy estimates provided in the public safety message, the communication device may adjust the radar transmissions to improve beamforming. By adapting the radar transmissions, the communication device may experience low latency and high reliability for VRU collision warnings in the C-V2X system.

A user equipment (UE) and a media server may set up a communication session to support an extended reality (XR) application. The UE may receive an indication of a semantic model to use for processing data packets to be received at the UE. The semantic model is determinative of incomplete audio data based on a meaning of known audio data. The UE may receive a set of data packets that encodes a first portion of a sequence of audio data and generate, using the semantic model and one or more data packets of the set of data packets, a second portion of the sequence of audio data. The second portion is in addition to the first portion.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a first safety message associated with the UE. The first safety message may be transmitted according to a first periodicity of a set of transmission periodicities for safety message transmissions. The UE may select a second periodicity of the set of transmission periodicities based on one or more environmental conditions associated with the UE. The UE may transmit a second safety message associated with the UE according to the second periodicity of the set of transmission periodicities based at least in part on selecting the second periodicity. The one or more environmental conditions may include topological information, road information, or visibility information. The UE may select the second periodicity based on one or more parameters associated with the UE.
