Abstract: A display device includes a sensing circuit and a controller which selects a pixel row in a frame period. A vertical blank period of the frame period includes a sensing time in which the sensing circuit performs a sensing operation for the selected pixel row. The sensing circuit measures a first source voltage of a driving transistor of a pixel in the selected pixel row at a first time point of the sensing time, and measures a second source voltage of the driving transistor at a second time point of the sensing time. The controller calculates a threshold voltage parameter and a mobility parameter based on the first and second source voltages, predicts a saturated source voltage of the driving transistor based on the threshold voltage parameter and the mobility parameter, and calculates a threshold voltage of the driving transistor based on the saturated source voltage.

The first output circuit is connected to a first output terminal which outputs a first scan signal and a first voltage terminal and operates in response to a first control signal. The second output circuit is connected to a first output terminal and a second voltage terminal and operates in response to a second control signal. The masking circuit outputs a second scan signal to a second output terminal in response to the first control signal and the second control signal and is connected to an input terminal to which a masking signal is supplied.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a display panel including a display region and a non-display region adjacent thereto, an input sensor overlapping a first region of the display region, and an antenna overlapping a second region of the display region. The input sensor includes a first sensing layer including a bridge pattern and a second sensing layer including sensor electrodes and disposed on a different layer from the first sensing layer. The bridge pattern connects two adjacent sensor electrodes. The antenna includes a first antenna layer including a first antenna with a first frequency band, the first antenna layer and the first sensing layer disposed on the same layer, and a second antenna layer including a second antenna with a second frequency band different from the first frequency band. The second antenna layer and the second sensing layer are disposed on the same layer.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel, a timing controller, a data driver, and a gate driver. The timing controller receives image data at a number of frames per second of a first level and generates a gate control signal and a data control signal. The timing controller includes an image converter that operates in film mode or normal mode when the input image data are moving image data, and that outputs film image data at a number of frames per second of second level lower than the first level during the film mode. The data driver applies a data voltage corresponding to the film image data to the display panel based on the data control signal. The gate driver applies a gate voltage to the display panel based on the gate control signal. The display panel operates at a frequency of the second level during the film mode.

The data contact parts couple the gate dummy lines to the data lines at a side of the display panel in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The pixels are coupled to the gate lines and the data lines.
