摘要: The present disclosure provides a grant free uplink transmission method, the method is performed at a user equipment side, comprising: determining, according to configuration information for grant free uplink transmission received from a base station, a radio network temporary identifier GF-RNTI for grant free uplink transmission, and transmitting an uplink signal; and monitoring feedback from the base station in a downlink control channel by using the determined GF-RNTI. The present disclosure also provides a user equipment and a base station for grant free uplink transmission.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present application discloses a power headroom report (PHR) method and apparatus. A user equipment (UE) determines a PHR reporting manner according to the structure of an uplink subframe in an active serving cell, calculates PHR according to the reporting manner, and sends the PHR to a base station. According to the present disclosure, a UE proactively determines the PHR reporting manner, calculates PHR and report the PHR, thus implements PHR reporting process at the UE.

The downlink transmission method performed by the user equipment includes: receiving a predefined downlink signal in a predefined downlink resource, and performing ACK feedback according to the received downlink signal, thereby implementing the performing of downlink data transmission in an RRC idling or inactive state, or establishing RRC connection more rapidly.

A method of determining a frequency-domain offset parameter of a preamble in a random access channel and a corresponding user equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes obtaining a random access channel subcarrier spacing ΔfRA, a preamble length LRA and a uplink (UL) channel subcarrier spacing Δf from a base station and determining a frequency-domain offset parameter k of a preamble in a random access channel based on the obtained random access channel subcarrier spacing ΔfRA, preamble length LRA and UL channel subcarrier spacing Δf. Other embodiments of the disclosure further provide a random access method, a method for configuring random access information and related device, and a corresponding computer readable medium.

A technique for receiving a downlink control channel is provided that includes operations of determining whether a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is received at a time-domain position n; determining, according to a result of the determining, a frequency-domain position of a bandwidth part (BWP) for receiving a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) at a time-domain position n+1, and receiving the PDCCH at the BWP of the frequency-domain position. The technique determines the frequency-domain position of the BWP for receiving the PDCCH by determining whether it is necessary to receive the PDSCH at the time-domain position preceding the current time-domain position for receiving the PDCCH, greatly reducing or even eliminating the influence of the adjustment time interval for the user equipment (UE) to convert the BWP on the normal data reception of the UE, which ensures the receiving performance and the throughput level of the received data of the UE.
