Abstract: A method includes performing blind detection on a PDCCH in at least one subframe or slot to acquire first downlink control information and second downlink control information; and performing uplink data transmission and downlink data transmission with a base station according to the acquired first downlink control information and second downlink control information, wherein the first downlink control information is one of downlink control information for uplink scheduling grant and downlink control information for downlink scheduling, and the second downlink control information is the other one of the downlink control information for uplink scheduling grant and the downlink control information for downlink scheduling, and wherein a location where a PDCCH carrying the second downlink control information is detected is associated with related information of the first downlink control information, or the first downlink control information and the second downlink control information are carried on the same PDCCH.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for reporting a Power Headroom Report (PHR), comprises: based on the type of PUCCH to be transmitted, determining the type of the PHR; based on the type of PHR, determining a corresponding power headroom and reporting the PHR. By applying this technical solution, the base station can acquire the power headroom in the power headroom report after acquiring the power headroom report, and then be aware of the usage of power for transmitting Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) from User Equipment (UE) based on the acquired power headroom, thereby, the base station can configure the number of serving cells and the feedback mode of Channel State Information (CSI) better based on the usage of power for transmitting PUCCH; meantime, the base station determines whether or not to bind the Hybrid Automatic Retransmission Request—Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK).

Abstract: A method and device for reporting scheduling request are provided. The method includes the operations of acquiring a dedicated physical resource of a random access channel (RACH) configured to report a scheduling request, when the scheduling request is triggered, transmitting the RACH on the dedicated physical resource. The dedicated physical resource includes a plurality of periodic physical resources. Through this dedicated physical resource, the user equipment (UE) can report scheduling request in a contention-free random access way, and the capacity of a preamble sequence is improved and inter-cell interference is reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of scheduling for a UE. The method includes dividing M UEs into N groups, wherein a distance metric between each UE in a group and the center of the group does not exceed a first predetermined threshold, where M and N are positive integers; pairing the N groups, wherein a distance metric between centers of the two paired groups is greater than a second predetermined threshold; and in a case where there is a group paired with a group to which a first UE for which scheduling is to be performed belongs, scheduling transmissions in different directions respectively for the first UE and the second UE from the paired group on the same time-frequency resource. The present disclosure also provides a signal transmission method, a base station, a UE and a computer readable medium.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for receiving scheduling information, comprising steps of: receiving Downlink Control Information (DCI); and determining, according to a mapping relationship between configured transmission resources used for a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) and scheduling information in the DCI, scheduling information corresponding to the PUSCH in the DCI. Compared with the prior art, in the present invention, the scheduling information in the DCI is determined by the mapping relationship between the configured transmission resources used for transmitting the PUSCH by a UE and the scheduling information in the DCI, so that a base station can schedule all UEs for which there is a mapping relationship between PUSCH configured transmission resources and the scheduling information in DCI by sending only one piece of DCI. The scheduling overhead is reduced, the resource waste is reduced, and the efficiency of scheduling terminals by a communication system is significantly improved.
