摘要: A connector includes a connector housing that has a first terminal and an inner housing that has a second terminal, and is configured to be fitted into the connector housing so that the second terminal is connected to the first terminal. A first slanting face is formed on an outer peripheral face of the inner housing. The connector housing have a chamber for receiving the inner housing therein when the inner housing is fitted into the connector housing. A first prevention face is formed on an inner peripheral face of the chamber. The first slanting face is surface-contacted with the first prevention face when the inner housing is completely fitted into the connector housing.

摘要: A waterproof connector comprises an inner housing made of synthesis resin, which accommodates a connection terminal; an outer housing made of synthesis resin, which surrounds the inner housing inserted in an insertion port with a predetermined space portion therebetween, the outer housing having an insertion port in its block wall, the insertion port being for inserting the inner housing, and an enter port provided in its tip end; and a sealing member inserted in the space portion, wherein a holding projection extending from the sealing member to the block wall is provided, a through hold inserting the holding projection therein is provided in the block wall, and the holding projection is inserted in the through hole. In such a constitution, thermoplastic resin covers at least an exposed portion of the holding projection, which is exposed from the through hole, from the outside of the block wall.

摘要: A wiring unit is provided, which includes: insulative substrates, each having through holes, to be stacked up each other; strip conductors, each having contact holes meeting the respective through holes, to be arranged in parallel on each of the insulative substrate; and a conductor pin consisting of a pin portion of conductive material to be inserted into both the through hole and the contact hole with a gap therewith and a conductor contact portion radially projecting from the pin portion so as to be put into contact with the strip conductor. The conductor contact portion has a peripheral portion to be put into contact with the strip conductor. At least one of the strip conductors has a male tab to protrude from the insulative substrate so as to be connected with a terminal electrically connected with external equipment. 摘要: A wiring unit 1 is housed in a case of an electric connecting box. The wiring unit includes a plurality of flat circuit bodies each composed of an insulating plate 21 and a plurality of bus bars 22 extended in parallel, and a short-circuiting member 23 composed of a pair of pin segments 24 and a coupling segment 25 for coupling them. The short-circuiting member 23 is formed in a -shape. The pin segments 24 are stuck into the bus bars so that the bus bars 22 are electrically connected to each other. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be manufactured at low cost and can be downsized.

摘要: An outer tube 5 is integrally rotated with a rotating disk 17. A powder supply passage 16 for supply of powder particles is formed between an inner tube 15 and the outer tube 5. A lower end of the inner tube 15 is secured to a sub-disk 23, and a distributing passage 25 is formed as a space between the sub-disk 23 and the rotating disk 17. Air including powder particles introduced into a separation passage 41 is separated into air and powder in the separation passage 41, and the particles are fed to the distributing passage 25 through the powder supply passage 16. The powder particles falling in the powder supply passage 16 undergo a swirling motion in accordance with the rotation of the outer tube 5, and owing to the swirling motion, the powder particles in the powder supply passage 16 are distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction.
