    摘要: An elongated hollow housing is made of a conductive material. The housing includes an opened first end for receiving the male terminal and a second end connected to the power supply. A first contactor made of a conductive material is located in the housing. The first contactor contacts the male terminal received into the housing. A second contactor made of a conductive material is located in the housing at a position closer to the first end than the first contactor is. The second contactor contacts the male terminal when the male terminal is inserted into the housing. The second contactor is deformed to separate from the male terminal after the male terminal is separated from the first contactor when the male terminal is removed from the housing.

    摘要: Contacts on an integrated circuit chip are arranged at a lower seat of a base on the integrated circuit chip. Each of the contacts includes a main part, two bowed wing parts located at both sides of the main part, two elastic arms extended upward from one end of each wing part, two clamp parts at the upper edge of the elastic arms and a bearing part for adhering a tin ball. A support part extended from the bottom edge of the wing part to support against the bearing part. The above mentioned structure allows the bearing part of the contact to be fixed on the same plane during assembling and leveling, thus preventing any deformation resulting from being pressed for facilitating better adhesion of the tin ball.

    摘要: A terminal has a bottom wall, a pair of side walls, an upper wall, an elastic contact portion that is freely elastically deformable in a direction substantially vertical with respect to the bottom wall, an elastic receiving surface portion that opposes the elastic contact portion, an engaging/retaining portion on the bottom wall that is freely displaceable by its elastic deformation made in a direction substantially vertical with respect to the bottom wall, and a stopper. The side walls respectively rise from both ends of the bottom wall. The upper wall extends from at least one of the side walls to over the bottom wall and opposes the bottom wall. The elastic contact portion is provided on one of the bottom wall and the upper wall while the elastic receiving surface portion is provided on the other of them. The engaging/retaining portion is engaged with a mating terminal that is inserted between the elastic contact portion and the elastic receiving surface portion. The stopper is bent from the upper wall to thereby contact with the mating terminal and thereby prevent excessive insertion of the same.

These bending regulating members 26F and 26R prevent a resilient contacting member 20 firm bending excessively. The anterior bending regulating members 26R are formed on a base wall 13, and the posterior bending regulating members 26F are formed on side walls 14. These bending regulating members 26F and 26R are formed on differing walls. Consequently, compared to the case where both bending regulating members 26F and 26R are formed on a single wall, the opening area formed by cutting away the bending regulating members is smaller on each wall, and accordingly the strength of the walls is maintained.
