摘要： Disclosed herein is a fibrous tissue sealant in the form of an anhydrous fibrous sheet comprising a first component which is a fibrous polymer containing electrophilic or nucleophilic groups and a second component capable of crosslinking the first component when the sheet is exposed to an aqueous medium, thereby forming a crosslinked hydrogel that is adhesive to biological tissue. The fibrous tissue sealant may be useful as a general tissue adhesive for medical and veterinary applications such as wound closure, supplementing or replacing sutures or staples in internal surgical procedures, tissue repair, and to prevent post-surgical adhesions. The fibrous tissue sealant may be particularly suitable for use as a hemostatic sealant to stanch bleeding from surgical or traumatic wounds.

摘要： A standalone biometric authorization control device (10) comprises an input device (110) configured to receive a time sensitive authorization code comprising encrypted information about an authorization time schedule. Connected to the input device (110) is a control unit (120), configured to extract the authorization time schedule from the time sensitive authorization code, and to compare the extracted authorization time schedule with the current date and time. Connected to and controlled by the control unit (120) is a biometric sensor (130), which is configured to obtain biometric data from a user. The control unit (120) is further configured to register the biometric data obtained from the user into the current standalone biometric authorization control device (10) if the current date and time is within a time interval when registering of biometric data is allowed according to the extracted authorization time schedule.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide a framework for pre-processing Javascript files. In some embodiments, the framework includes a pre-processor component operable to determine whether pre-release Javascript file versions include pre-processing commands in a predefined syntax which is defined by the framework. The pre-processor component may maintain a mapping between any or all of these commands and one or more handler programs, such that the handler program(s) may be invoked to perform any of various pre-processing functions on a pre-release file version. The framework may be extensible and scalable in that it may accommodate the addition of or modification to any number of handler programs. A new handler program may be developed and invoked, for example, via a new pre-processing command which is defined to the pre-processor component and mapped to the handler program.

摘要： Methods and systems are provided for increasing application performance and accelerating data communications in a WAN environment. According to one embodiment, packets are received at a flow classification module operating at the Internet Protocol (IP) layer of a first wide area network (WAN) acceleration device via a shared connection-oriented tunnel, which is operable to convey application layer data for connection-oriented applications between WAN acceleration devices. Packets that are classified as being associated with an existing connection-oriented flow are passed to a WAN socket operating at the transport layer. Based on the application protocol, the packets are passed to an application handler of multiple application handlers operating at the application layer each of which implements one or more application acceleration techniques for a particular poorly behaved WAN protocol. The existing connection-oriented flow is securely accelerated by performing one or more application acceleration techniques and applying one or more security functions.

According to one embodiment, a method is provided for securely accelerating network traffic. One or more tunnels are established between a first wide area network (WAN) acceleration device, interposed between a public network and a first local area network (LAN), and a second WAN acceleration device, interposed between a second LAN and the public network. Thereafter, network traffic exchanged between the first LAN and the second LAN is securely accelerated by (i) multiplexing multiple data communication sessions between the first LAN and the second LAN onto the one or more tunnels, (ii) performing one or more of application acceleration, transport acceleration and network acceleration on the data communication sessions and (iii) performing one or more security functions on the data communication sessions.

摘要： A system for supplying an operating voltage to a CPU (50) includes a power supply (10) for supplying power to a computer, a PWM controller (30), a feedback circuit (70), and a plurality of electronic elements. The PWM controller converts voltage supplied to the computer to an operating voltage of the CPU. The feedback circuit comprises a plurality of resistors and capacitors, and feeds back a feedback voltage to the PWM controller. The feedback circuit further includes a thermistor. When resistance of the resistors is changed due to surrounding temperature changing, the thermistor equalizes the resistance changing.
