Abstract:
An exercise machine applicable for strengthening users abdominal muscles is described. The machine can include a track frame and a support frame adjustably coupled to the track frame. The track frame can include parallel rails to provide gliding support for movement along the parallel rails. Two sliding assembly may be movably mounted on separate pairs of the parallel rails respectively. Each sliding assembly may be configurable to move together or separately along the parallel rails. Two seat pads may be adjustably secured to the two sliding assembly respectively. Each seat pad may be rotationally adjustable to change angular relationship between the seat pad's longitudinal direction and movement direction along the parallel rails.

The present invention is an economical exercise trainer or workout of the arm, waist and abdomen. It is an economically improved design for workout of the arm, waist and abdomen. On the top portion of the unit frame is a video signal instruction window and at the bottom is disposed a slightly protruded driven pulley and swing roller. Inside the unit frame is disposed a circuit controller for controlling the video signal instruction window to generate different lamp shadow direction changes. The driven pulley and the swing roller are slightly protruded beyond the bottom of the stand and between the driven pulley and shaft sleeve rod is disposed a reset spring, and two sides of the shaft rod protrude leftward and rightward to form the grip handles for holding. Such repeated back and forth exercise would be effective for workout of your arm, waist and abdomen.

A doorframe suspension type parallel-bar exercising apparatus includes two smoothly arched suspension bars connected in parallel by connection bars for hanging on the top rail of a doorframe, and a bearing bar transversely connected to the smoothly arched suspension bars for stopping at the inner side of the opposing left and right uprights of the doorframe, and two grips respectively affixed to the rear ends of the smoothly arched suspension bars.

The present invention discloses a compact stepping and swinging fitness machine, comprising: a frame base, an arc frame base, a pedal frame and a handlebar or a pulling string, such that the fitness machine can be supported stably on the floor by a plurality of wheels of the transverse frame base, and a user can stand on the pedals by both feet and hold upper ends of left and right handlebars or pulling strings by both hands and apply a stepping force on both left and right pedals alternately. The stepping movement is performed repeatedly to achieve the sports fitness effect of swinging and balancing the user's body.
