The backlight module comprises a light guide plate, a base, a first light emitting diode and a second light emitting diode. The base is disposed at one side of the light guide plate. The first light emitting diode is disposed on a first arrangement surface of the base. The second light emitting diode is disposed on the second arrangement surface of the base. The distance between the first light emitting diode and the bottom surface is longer than the distance between the second light emitting diode and the bottom surface. The present invention can improve color shifting defect and coupling effect of the light emitting diodes.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a backplane and a backlight module. The backplane comprises a frame formed by a plurality of brackets, and bridges which are arranged on the brackets and used for fixing PCBs; the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets; the bridges are provided with chutes or through holes used for installing hillocks. In the present invention, because the backplane is formed into a frame structure through a plurality of brackets, the manufacturing cost is lower and a large number of materials are saved. Simultaneously, the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets, so that the positions of hillocks on the bridges can be adjusted to satisfy the needs of the PCBs of different dimensions and enhance the universality of the backplane. Further, the bridges are provided with chutes used for installing hillocks which can be installed in corresponding positions in the chutes as required; and then, the hillocks can obtain horizontal and vertical adjustment; therefore, the setting points of the hillocks are increased; the hillocks can adapt to PCBs of more dimensions and have preferable universality.

    摘要: The present invention provides a package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass, which includes an air sack sheet and scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with four corners of a piece of liquid crystal glass. The air sack sheet is formed by connecting a plurality of air sacks. The scratch protection layers are single-sided adhesive tapes or foamed PE cushioning materials. The package cushioning material for liquid crystal glass according to the present invention uses an air sack sheet as a basic material to be used in combination with scratch protection layers arranged at contact sites of the air sack sheet with the four corners of the liquid crystal glass so as to prevent the liquid crystal glass from scratching and breaking the air sacks thereby providing improved effect of cushioning and thus highly effective protection of the liquid crystal glass during transportation.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a backlight module and a liquid crystal display (LCD) using the same, which can achieve local dimming. The backlight module includes a light guide plate (LGP), which has a groove formed on a bottom. A cross-section of the groove can be arc-shaped. The backlight module further has a plurality of light sources disposed under the LGP at positions corresponding to the groove. The light sources can be two LED light bars. Light emitted from the light bars enters into the LGP and radiates from the LGP. The present invention does not require so many light sources, and thereby power consumption is reduced. The light sources are disposed under the LGP, so that heat can be dissipated through a back plate of the LCD.

    摘要: The present invention provides a display device back panel with adjustable PCB mounting seat, which includes a hollow body and paired mounting seats. The mounting seats are arranged in a hollow portion of the body and have opposite ends extended to connect to the body. Each of the mounting seats includes a first bracket and a second bracket that are symmetrically arranged and a connection board connected between the first bracket and the second bracket. The first bracket has an end adjustably connected to the body and an opposite end adjustably connected to the connection board. The second bracket has an end adjustably connected to the body and an opposite end adjustably connected to the connection board. The first bracket has a first bent section that is bent downward, and the second bracket has a second bent section that is bent down. The pair of mounting seats forms a receiving space between the two first bent sections and the two second bent sections that receive a PCB supported and mounted thereon. The assembling is simple and through the adjustable connection formed between the first bracket, the second bracket, the body, and the connection board, it is suitable for mounting and fixing PCBs of various sizes.

Thus, the inside temperature of the backlight module is reduced, and the phenomenon that the components in the backlight module are damaged or the service life thereof is affected because of overhigh temperature is avoided. In addition, the backplane processing technology and the material cost of the frame type backplane are reduced.

The backlight module comprises a backplane, a PCB and locking pieces for fixing the PCB on the backplane; the backplane comprises a frame formed by multiple brackets, and bridges arranged on the brackets. The brackets or the bridges are provided with multiple through holes, and the locking pieces are selectively arranged in the through holes by a fixed structure arranged at the bottom of each locking piece. Because the backplane comprises a frame formed by multiple brackets, the frame is provided with bridges for arranging PCBs and the like, and both the brackets and bridges are formed by combining universal shaped parts. The present invention has the advantage of material saving; the bridges are provided with through holes for arranging hillocks, and the hillocks are arranged in any through hole of the bridges. Thus, the hillocks can be arranged in the through holes in corresponding positions in accordance with the PCB size, so that the backplane can be adapted for PCBs of different sizes or backlight modules with components of different number.
