The movable side moves in response to operation of a drive mechanism, which rotates a drive shaft. The fixed side has a main bearing formed as a unitary part. A cylinder may serve as the movable side, which is coupled through an eccentric part to the drive shaft. The drive shaft is supported by the main bearing. With such an arrangement, a ring-shaped piston may serve as the fixed side, which is formed integrally with the main bearing in a front head.

The annular piston divides the cylinder chamber into an outer working chamber and an inner working chamber. A blade is disposed in the cylinder chamber to partition each of the working chambers into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space. The cylinder and the piston relatively rotate. The outer working chamber constitutes a compression chamber which compresses and discharges a sucked fluid with the progress of the relative rotation of the cylinder and the piston. The inner working chamber constitutes an expansion chamber which expands and discharges a sucked fluid with the progress of the relative rotation of the cylinder and the piston.

    摘要: In a compression mechanism of a rotary compressor, a cylinder chamber is defined by a cylinder and a second housing. A back surface side gap is defined between an end plate part of the cylinder and a flat plate part of a first housing. The first housing is provided with a communicating path and a differential pressure regulating valve. When the difference between the suction pressure and the discharge pressure is small, the discharge pressure is introduced through the communicating path to an intermediate gap whereby both an internal gap and the intermediate gap are placed at the same pressure as the discharge pressure. Conversely, when the difference between the discharge pressure and the suction pressure is great, the communicating path is made discontinuous by the differential pressure regulating valve whereby the intermediate gap is placed at an intermediate pressure lower than the discharge pressure.

    摘要: A rotary fluid machine includes an eccentric rotary piston mechanism that is configured such that an annular piston is accommodated in an annular cylinder chamber of a cylinder to form an outer cylinder chamber and an inner cylinder chamber. The cylinder and the annular piston relatively execute eccentric rotary motion. Each of the outer and inner cylinder chambers is divided by a blade into a first chamber and a second chamber. The blade and the annular piston are mutually movably coupled together by a swinging bushing. The blade is provided, in its contact parts with the annular piston and the swinging bushing, with sliding surfaces in order to prevent the occurrence of seizure and wear of the blade and the annular piston and the occurrence of gas leakage between the first chamber and the second chamber during operation.

    摘要: The outer peripheral surface of a swing piston is formed in a non-circular form. The inner peripheral surface of a cylinder chamber is formed on a basis of an envelope curve of the outer peripheral surface of the swing piston obtained at the time of its swing. The outer peripheral surface of the swing piston and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder chamber are formed in, e.g., an ovoid shape so that as compared to a rotary compressor in which such inner and outer peripheral surfaces are formed in a circular form, a shorter compression cycle and a longer discharge cycle is obtained during movement of the swing piston. As a result, an overcompression loss when a refrigerant is discharged in a swing compressor is reduced.

    摘要: A blade (8) partitioning a cylinder chamber (41) within a cylinder (4) into a compression chamber (X) and a suction chamber (Y) is integrated with a roller (7) so as to protrude radially outwardly of the roller (7). A circular support member (11) having a receiving recess (11a) for receiving the tip of the blade (8) is rotatably provided on the cylinder (4). The roller (7) is rotated with respect to an eccentric shaft portion of a driving shaft (22) to which the roller (7) is fitted and normally fed with lubricating oil. By this arrangement, relative movement between the blade (8) and the roller (7) is eliminated so that power loss due to friction which would be caused by the relative movement can be reduced. Besides, gas leak from the rear chamber of the blade (8) to the suction chamber (Y) and the compression chamber (X) can be eliminated. Also, gas leak from the compression chamber (X) to the suction chamber (Y) can be reduced. Thus, volume efficiency and indication efficiency can be increased.
