Provided are a system and method for extracting a curvature adapted mesh from a three dimensional implicit function data. The system includes an initial mesh generation module, a curvature geometry module, a space division module, and a final mesh extraction module. The initial mesh generation module generates an initial mesh by receiving implicit function data. The curvature geometry module receives the initial mesh from the initial mesh generation module, calculates a directional curvature of a curved surface, generates a Delaunay vertex set used for Delaunay triangulation, and recalculates an implicit function. The space division module generates Delaunay triangulation information by performing Delaunay triangulation based on the generated Delaunay vertex set from the curvature geometry module, and the final mesh extraction module receives the generated Delaunay triangulation information from the space division module and the three dimensional implicit function data updated at the curvature geometry module, and extracts a final mesh the received three dimensional implicit function data.

The method for automatic rigging and appearance surface transfer of 3-D standard mesh model based on muscle and Nurbs by using parametric control includes: extracting a joint-skeleton structure from scan data of dynamic objects having a skeleton structure, or input 3-D mesh models, generating a muscle and a appearance surface based on anatomy information, and generating a standard mesh model that approximates the appearance of the models by using the extracted joint-skeleton structure and the generated muscle and appearance surface; and performing the transfer of the standard mesh model by controlling the parameter so that the occupying error between the multi-view image information of the dynamic objects and the projection image information of the approximating standard mesh model is in the predetermined allowable error range.

Further, the method includes converting coordinates of the brushstrokes on the virtual canvas to fit into simulation grids; calculating movement of colors and water through the fluid simulation by using the parameters and the brushstrokes; and simulating the watercolor image based on the brushstrokes by using the calculated movement of the colors and water.
