    Abstract: A system and method for transmission indications are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the system and method are configured to send, by a wireless communication node to a wireless communication device, Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) parameter configuration, wherein the PRACH parameter configuration indicates mapping between a plurality of PRACH resources and a plurality of cell beams, and receive, by the wireless communication node from the wireless communication device, a preamble.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for enhancing a multi-carrier cell, and a computer storage medium. The method includes: when broadcasting a common carrier list of a multi-carrier cell, simultaneously broadcasting, by a base station, at least one piece of following configuration information at the same time: a first common carrier list of a first-type user equipment (UE), or a second common carrier list of the first-type UE, where the first-type UE is a UE supporting a multi-carrier cell enhancement function; and if the broadcast configuration information includes the second common carrier list of the UE, simultaneously broadcasting indication information about whether the first-type UE can use a carrier in a common carrier list of a second-type UE, or a weight value of each carrier configured for the first-type UE is broadcast at the same time, where the second-type UE is a UE not supporting the multi-carrier cell enhancement function.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for operation in a data transmission state in an idle mode using pre-configured dedicated resources are described. An exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured dedicated resources for a communication between the network device and a terminal, and receiving a second message over the pre-configured dedicated resources, where a transmission of the second message by the terminal causes the terminal to switch from an idle state to a data transmission state in an idle mode. Another exemplary methods for wireless communication includes receiving a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured dedicated resources for a communication between a network device and the terminal, and switching from an idle state to a data transmission state in an idle mode upon transmitting a second message over the pre-configured dedicated resources.

    Abstract: Provided are a service transmission method and device. The method includes: a base station acquires a service transmission pattern provided by a sender, the service transmission pattern at least including one of the following information: starting time of a service transmission, ending time of the service transmission, a service transmission period or interval, a service transmission time length in each transmission period, a data packet size or GBR in each transmission period and a service transmission delay requirement; the base station pre-configures a transport resource according to the service transmission pattern; the base station acquires user data provided by the sender, the user data containing a taking-effective time point of a service at a destination end; and the base station transmits the user data to the destination end through the transport resource before the taking-effective time point.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing pre-configured dedicated resources for communications during the RRC (radio resource control) idle state, thereby enabling significant energy savings during the communication of small data packets, are described. One exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources for a communication between the network device and a terminal, and receiving information from the terminal over the pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources, wherein the terminal is in an idle mode and is without an established RRC connection. Another exemplary method for wireless communication includes receiving a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources for a communication between a network device and the terminal, and transmitting, while in the idle mode and without an established RRC connection, information over the pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources.
