    Abstract: In an authority management method for providing interoperability across different locations and networks, an identity information database and an authority information database are established. Biological image information is obtained from users and registered in the database or an associated database. Biometric image information and an access request of a user are obtained. If there is certain identity information matching the biometric image information of the user in the identity information database, information as to authority and extent of authority are certain identity information queried from the authority information database. The access request is determined to be allowed or not allowed according to the certain authority information. If the access request is to be granted, and allowed in respect of a desired activity, an operation instruction is generated accordingly. A system for administering such method and device applying method are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A cutting tool mechanism comprises a base, a fixing module disposed on the base for fixing a product to be disassembled, a first moving mechanism disposed on a side of the fixing module, and a three-dimensional cutter rotatably disposed on the first moving mechanism and matched with the fixing module. The first moving mechanism extends in a first direction and is configured to drive the three-dimensional cutter to move in the first direction, and the three-dimensional cutter is configured to be driven to move in a second direction and in a third direction, each of the second direction and the third direction being perpendicular to the first direction.

    Abstract: A mechanism to render a lens module immune to trembling and jarring includes a carrier, a support element movably mounted on the carrier, and a driving element. The driving element includes a conductive structure arranged on the carrier, a plurality of positive pads on the carrier, and a plurality of shape memory alloy (SMA) wires. The SMA wires are electrically connected to the positive pads and the conductive structure. When currents flow into the SMA wires via the positive pads, the SMA wires deform upon heating and pull on the conductive structure, thus the conductive structure drives the support element to rotate in a plane parallel to the carrier. A lens module and an electronic device including the mechanism are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A camera module shielded against electromagnetic interference but of reduced size comprises a voice coil motor, a circuit board, and a base between voice coil motor and circuit board. The voice coil motor comprises conductive housing. The circuit board comprises a conductive wire itself comprising shielded wire, ground pad, and a surrounding and grounded closed ground loop. The base comprises a main body and a conductive loop sleeved thereon. A first side of the conductive loop is electrically connected to the conductive housing, a second side of the conductive loop is electrically connected to the closed ground loop. The conductive housing, the conductive loop, and the closed ground loop form a shield against electromagnetic interference. The disclosure further provides an electronic device including the camera module.

    Abstract: A lens module includes a circuit board, a carrier, and a photosensitive chip. The carrier and the photosensitive chip are arranged on a surface of the circuit board. The carrier includes a first surface arranged facing the circuit board and a second surface facing away from the circuit board. A window is defined in the carrier penetrating the first surface and the second surface. The photosensitive chip is received in the window. The carrier, the photosensitive chip, and the circuit board cooperatively form an enclosed space. An adhesive filler is arranged in the enclosed space. At least one air hole is defined in the adhesive filler. The at least one air hole communicates an inside of the enclosed space to outside the enclosed space.

    Abstract: A lens module includes a voice coil motor, a lens received in the voice coil motor, a light emitting element adapted for emitting lights, a prism, and a DLP sensor. The prism faces and inclines towards the light emitting element. The prism is configured to reflect the lights from the light emitting element to the DLP sensor. The voice coil motor is configured to automatically adjust a distance between the lens and the DLP sensor according to a sharpness of the pattern and send electronic signals to the DLP sensor. When the DLP sensor receives the electronic signals, the DLP sensor rotates to change states of the DLP sensor according to the electronic signals and control an amount of the lights reflected into the lens according to the electronic signals thereby forming a pattern with a higher degree of sharpness than the pattern previously captured.
