    摘要: A three-dimensional mesh-like body is disposed on a molding face of a lower mold onto which a liquid raw material of flexible foam is poured. An upper mold is laid over the lower mold to form a cavity, a projection projected on the upper mold toward the cavity is contacted with the three-dimensional mesh-like body, and the three-dimensional mesh-like body is fixed. The three-dimensional mesh-like body is attached and fixed to a front surface of a pad main body, so that the three-dimensional mesh-like body can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the pad main body. Moreover, the position of the three-dimensional mesh-like body can be prevented from being displaced in the process of foaming the liquid raw material because of the projection, and a vent hole can be formed on the pad main body. As a result, a sweaty feeling can be suppressed.

    摘要: A seat back of vehicle seat including: a seat back frame; a support wire element disposed in the seat back frame; a support plate attached to the support wire element such that an upper portion thereof projects upwardly from the support wire element; and a resilient reinforcing element provided to that upper portion of support wire element, thereby normally reinforcing such upper portion. The resilient reinforcing element has two upper end portions respectively slidably engaged with two brackets of the seat back frame and a main reinforcing portion which is resiliently extensible, while being resiliently deformable rearwardly of the seat back frame. Another resilient reinforcing element having a pair of reinforcing portions may be provided to a lower portion of the support wire element to normally reinforce such upper portion. Each of those two different reinforcing elements is resiliently deformable rearwardly by an excessive great load applied thereto.

    摘要: A part of the planar member, which is defined by the slits and extends over the center groove made in a seat pad, serves as a bridge part. As the sewn part of a trim cover is pulled into the groove, the bridge part is pressed onto the sewn part of the trim cover and pulled into the groove, together with the sewn part, and is bend in the form like letter U and held in the groove. The groove defines a through hole penetrating the seat pad at the bridge part of the planar member. The bridge part is not pressed onto the bottom of the groove even if the seat pad undergoes compressive deformation and is pressed down in the groove, because the groove has no bottom at some parts.

The reinforcing transmission shaft is rotatably connected between two frame members of seat cushion frame in the seat, while extending through the two links. Further, two pinions are fixed on the respective two end portions of the reinforcing transmission shaft and respectively meshed with two gear portions defined in the respective two links. With such arrangement, in the case of rear-end collision, most of great load applied to the links is transmitted, via the reinforcing transmission shaft, pinions and gear portions, to each of the two frame members, thereby preventing deformation of one of the two links to avoid lowering of the seat or inclination of one side of the seat as found in a rear-end collision case.

    摘要: A structure for supporting a generally U-shaped unlocking lever in seat slide device, wherein a main support portion of a generally channel cross-section is provided at each of a pair of the seat slide devices so as to support each of the two lateral portions of the unlocking lever. Namely, both two free end portions respective of such two lateral portions are inclinable vertically relative to a support point between the afore-said two curved protrudent portions, while the two lateral portions themselves are also slidable therebetween in transverse direction of the seat slide device, thereby absorbing differences in size and shape which may occur in each of unlocking levers to be used.

When a rear-end collision or the like occurs, a head of seat occupant is stably received by those impact absorption bar and upper horizontal frame portion, while the impact absorption bar being readily deformed by backward excessive great load applied thereto from the seat occupant's head to thereby absorb and reduce a corresponding impact energy to be imparted to the head.
