    摘要: Exemplary simplified outlet valves, pumps and refill units are disclosed herein. An exemplary inverted refill unit for a dispenser includes a container and a pump secured to the bottom of container. The pump has a liquid inlet valve and a liquid outlet having an annular housing. One or more liquid outlet passages are located within the annular housing. A valve seat is located proximate the liquid outlet passages. A liquid outlet valve is also included. The liquid outlet valve includes an annular body and a resilient disc located on the interior of the annular body. The resilient disc has an opening in the center and seals against the valve seat to seal the one or more liquid outlet passages in a normal state. The resilient disc deflects from the valve seat under pressure so that liquid flows through the liquid outlet passages and through the center of the resilient disc.

    摘要: A dispenser includes a housing holding an assembly, including a liquid reservoir, a pump for dispensing the fluid product, and an outlet nozzle. The pump includes a liquid chamber for containing a dose of the liquid product and a pressurizing device which allows liquid product to be drawn into or expelled from the liquid chamber. The dispenser further includes a shunting chamber including a first aperture allowing flow access to the reservoir, a second aperture allowing flow access to the outlet nozzle, and a third aperture allowing flow access to the liquid chamber. The third aperture is disposed off-axis with respect to the first and second apertures. The shunting chamber further includes a mechanically actuated governing device that has two states, one defining a flow path between the first and third apertures and one defining a flow path between the third and second apertures.

    摘要: A discharge container capable of discharging a liquid in a stable state. In a pump portion of the discharge container, when pressing down a first piston, a second piston is pressed down by a drug solution charged within a cylinder and a second spring is compressed. When a front end portion of the first piston passes through a step portion of the cylinder, an outflow port and an inner portion of the cylinder communicate with each other. The drug solution charged within the cylinder is pressed out by the second piston by an urging force of the second spring and flows out from the outflow port. Since the drug solution is discharged by a uniform force due to the force of the second spring, when the drug solution is discharged in a vapor form, a fixed spraying state is always obtained.

    摘要: A fluid dispenser used to administer fixed or adjustable doses of fluids in oral, intranasal, or injectable applications. The dispenser may be used to draw off fluid from a flexible or rigid bulk container or to draw fluid from a mounted flexible or rigid container such as a sealed-end bag or bottle, or a threaded bag or bottle. The dispenser may include an automatic venting feature to assist with the smooth, easy flow of fluid during an application and to prevent contaminants from being suctioned back into the container. The fluid dispenser generally comprises: a connection member communicatively connected to a fluid source container; a body member having a dose cylinder communicatively connected to the connection member; a piston member operationally related to the dose cylinder and spring biased in an extended position; and a trigger member attached to the piston member and communicatively connected to the dose cylinder through the piston member. Squeezing the trigger member of a primed dispenser will expel a predetermined dose of fluid from the dose cylinder out through the trigger member. Releasing the trigger member will draw the predetermined dose of fluid from the container into the dose cylinder.
