摘要： A pallet container having eight side walls, a bottom piece, two leg flaps that are used to automatically deploy the container from a flat, collapsed position, and a series of inside folds and outside folds. The pallet container is constructed from one or more blanks made of cardboard. The blanks used to make the pallet container may have different configurations. The pallet container has an open and a closed position and can be converted from one position to the other by a single person without the need of special tools or equipment. A cardboard blank for making the pallet container is also disclosed.

摘要： A collapsible carton, which may be flat-packed for storage but easily erected to form a many-sided box, and a blank (1) for forming such are disclosed. The carton comprises a base (2) having a plurality of base edges (13a, b, c), and a continuous sidewall (3) defining a base aperture for accepting the base (2), when the carton is erected. In a first aspect, the base (2) comprises two hingedly-joined base portions (11, 12), hingedly joined to the sidewall (3). The carton is characterised in that the base (2) is larger than the base aperture. In a second aspect, the sidewall (3) comprises a plurality of sidewall notches (26a, b, 36a, b). The carton further comprises an integral lid (4) having two lid portions (40, 50) hingedly joined to the sidewall (3). Both lid portions (40, 50) comprise two or more hingedly-joined wings (42a, b, 52a, b). Each wing (42a, b, 52a, b) comprises a wing notch (43a, b, 53a, b) adapted to cooperate with a corresponding one of the sidewall notches (26a, b, 36a, b) such that the lid portions (40, 50) may be secured in a closed configuration when the carton is erected.

摘要： A new, novel and useful folding cup that fits into a cup holder. The cup is designed to fit into an array of cup holders such as the cup holders that are often built into modern motor vehicles in an arm rest or dash of such an automobile. The cup may be made from paperboard as a paperboard blank or any other suitable material that may be formed into a collapsible or expandable configuration wherein the bottom panels form a generally circular shape which may include a polygonal configuration. When the cup is in the folded condition, the cup is in a generally flat condition for economy of storage and shipping. By squeezing opposite edges of the flat structure the cup expands such that its bottom takes on its generally circular shape which may include a polygonal configuration and the top opens to accept whatever substance will be placed in the cup. This new, novel and useful folding cup that fits in a cup holder may be used as a container for french fries, chicken pieces or bread sticks, etc. sold at many restaurants with drive through nullto gonull food services.

摘要： A collapsible, disposable food container includes a main body which is selectively adjustable between an operative, open position and a collapsed, flat position thereof. The container is constructed from a unitary piece of flat stock material folded to define front, back, side, and bottom walls. The container includes a main body having a bottom portion which is shaped substantially as a truncated cone, when the container is in its operative position, such that the bottom portion may be inserted in and stably engage the walls of a circular opening, such as a vehicle cup holder. Most preferably, the lower portion of the main body fits within a circular area 2.75 inches in diameter. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, each side wall includes an indentable gripping brace region, intermediate of upper and lower portions of the side wall, which can be flexed inwardly of the upper and lower portions of the side wall, when inwardly directed pressure is applied thereto. It is preferable that the indentable gripping brace regions be substantially football shaped. In an optional embodiment of the invention, the container further includes a secondary, body integrally formed with the main body, for holding auxiliary foodstuffs such as condiments. Where used, the secondary body defines a pocket connected to one of the front, back or side walls of the main body.
