摘要： A stove using biomass pellets as fuels includes a stove body, wherein the stove body comprises a firebox; hopper, wherein the hopper is fixed above the stove body; and feed tube, wherein the top end of the feed tube which is connected to the hopper is fixed outside the stove body, the bottom end of the feed tube which is connected to the firebox crosses the stove body. The stove using biomass pellets as fuels solves the problem that common pellet stoves usually transfer the fuels to the hearth using a screw feeder or other feeding equipment, which expend too much cost.

摘要： A heating apparatus for the combustion of highly variable biofuel feed stocks is generally provided. The apparatus generally includes a combustion chamber or burn box adapted to receive a regulated feed of biomass. The burn box includes a grate for receipt of a distributed mass of the regulated feed, and further includes an oscillating blade adjacent to the grate for agitation of the distributed mass of the regulated feed received thereby. The combustion apparatus for the production of thermal energy from a biofuel of the subject invention is preferably and further characterized by means for producing the distributed mass of the regulated feed of biofuel, and/or a burn box incorporating an oxygen manifold assembly adjacent to the grate.

摘要： An apparatus for preventing ash build-up and clinker formation of a particulate fuel mass in a stove includes a grate having a plurality of openings therein and on which the particulate fuel mass resides. A bottomless container retains the particulate fuel mass on the grate. The grate is reciprocated with respect to the bottomless container and the particulate fuel mass such that the position of the grate openings is altered relative to the particulate fuel mass to channel stove air flow through various portions of the particulate fuel mass.

摘要： According to the invention it is suggested that, in a heating boiler with a vibrating grate (3), a supply pipe (6) from which fuel material in particle form, in particular pellets, is supplied to the grate, is mechanically connected to the grate (3) and arranged to freely support the grate, which is thereby freely suspended in the combustion chamber without contact with the bottom and walls of the combustion chamber. A vibrating means (19) is also mechanically connected to the supply pipe (6) and arranged to produce a rectilinear movement and to function as drive source to feed the fuel particles to the grate via the supply pipe (6). The vibrating means gives the fuel particles a toss movement obliquely upwards and forwards in the supply pipe and on the grate whereby the fuel particles move onto the grate and towards the end of the grate opposite the supply pipe (6).

摘要： A coal burning apparatus actuated by a stoker of the underfeed type includes a burner body formed of a plurality of vertically stacked rings with spaces between the rings extending horizontally to form a tuyere. A tuyere is easily made by stacking rings onto a burner base in a surrounding relationship to the stoker throat. A rotating ash ring is mounted to the exterior of the tuyere for disposing ashes outwardly beyond the periphery of the burner so that they may fall into a provided ash box. The burner air for sustaining combustion is provided to the interior of the tuyere from one of a pair of provided ports in the burner base. The alternative location of the air ports permit the air duct for providing combustion air to be extended from either end of the burner assembly.

摘要： A furnace for burning dry or wet wood waste products such as hogged bark and the like is provided with a grating therein comprised of aligned rows of bricks resting on supporting cross beams, with at least some of the rows of bricks maintained a uniform distance from other rows of bricks by spacers disposed between such spaced-apart rows of bricks. The furnace is charged by turbulent air entering both above and below the grating, with a select portion of such air being pre-heated. A temperature gradient is established between an area immediately beneath the grating and the area above the grating in the range of 2200.degree. F. and can be controlled by selected initial placement of the bricks and spacers to achieve an optimum cross sectional area for flow of heated, turbulent air through the grating to produce a temperature for efficient heating, drying and burning of wood waste products in an essentially pollution-free manner.

摘要： A steel-bodied, coal burning stove is provided with an improved combustion system including a one-piece fire pot having an integral, non-shakeable grate. The pot is mounted in the lower regions of the stove and is suspended by a circular mounting ring arrangement which defines the interior of the stove into upper and lower chambers. The pot projects downwardly from the mounting ring arrangement into the lower of the stove chambers. The mounting ring arrangement is constructed to enable air to flow directly from the lower chamber, peripherally about the pot to the upper chamber, bypassing the grate and means are provided to vary the flow of such bypass air.
