For example, the technique may involve establishing a connection with a primary component carrier on the licensed communication band or the unlicensed communication band. The technique may also involve determining at least one metric associated with a constraint on a transmissions channel of the unlicensed communication band. The technique may also involve sending the at least one metric to the primary component carrier. The technique may also involve receiving a message for one of switching on or switching off a secondary component carrier (SCC) for transmissions on the unlicensed communication band in response to sending the at least one metric.

摘要： There are provided an apparatus and method for transmitting power headroom information in a multiple component carrier system. This specification discloses a configuration in which a user equipment (UE) receives a Combination Power Headroom Report (CPHR) request message, including a combination indication field indicative of a combination including a plurality of component carriers, from a eNodeB (eNB), calculates a Combination Power Headroom (CPH) calculated in the UE-specific way for the plurality of component carriers, and sends the CPH to the eNB. Accordingly, the complexity of a power headroom report by an UE can be reduced and radio resources used in the power headroom report can be reduced, with the result that uplink transmission performance can be reduced. Furthermore, a scheduler can per form reliable dynamic uplink scheduling in a system to which a carrier aggregation is applied.

A wireless communication device for wireless communication in a wireless communication system may include an antenna, a receiver module connected to the antenna, a control unit connected to the receiver module, and a transmitter module connected to the control unit and antenna.

The transmit spectrum is divided by an adjustable transition frequency into a lower frequency region and a mask region. Crosstalk information about the line of the other modem is obtained and the transition frequency and the low frequency region power spectral density are adjusted to account for the data rates of both modems.
