Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for transmitting data in a wireless communication network. A network device sends first configuration signaling to a terminal. The first configuration signaling is used to determine a first resource occupied by first data in a first slot. The network device also sends third configuration signaling to the terminal. The third configuration signaling is used to determine a second resource occupied by second data in the first slot and the third configuration signaling has a different type of configuration signaling from the first configuration signaling. When at least one time domain symbol in the second resource is located in the first resource in the first slot, the network device further determines, based on a preset policy, data transmitted in the first slot.
