    Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for configuring UL-TCI states. One method (500) includes receiving (502) a RRC message configuring a set of UL-TCI states. Each UL-TCI state defines at least one uplink spatial relationship. Each uplink spatial relationship corresponds to a spatial domain transmission filter corresponding to a CSI-RS, a SSB, or an SSB. The method (500) includes receiving (504) a MAC CE message comprising information that activates a subset of the set of UL-TCI states for use in an UL-TCI field of DCI used to schedule a codebook-based PUSCH transmission. The method (500) includes receiving (506) the DCI with the UL-TCI field indicating the at least one uplink spatial relationship for the UE to use for the codebook-based PUSCH transmission. The method (500) includes transmitting (508) the codebook-based PUSCH transmission with the at least one uplink spatial relationship indicated by the UL-TCI field in the DCI.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a communication method and an apparatus. One example method includes: sending feedback information to a network device, where downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling the first data packet is scrambled by group radio network temporary identifier (G-RNTI); receiving a second information, where the second information comprises a discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration information corresponding to a first unicast service, the DRX configuration information corresponding to the first unicast service comprises duration of a second downlink HARQ RTT timer and duration of a second downlink DRX retransmission timer; starting the second downlink HARQ RTT timer at a first moment after an end of sending the feedback information; monitoring, based on DRX configuration information, a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) for scheduling information of a data packet of the first multicast service, where the scheduling information is scrambled by the C-RNTI.
