The circuit board includes an electrical controller and a battery. The vibration sensor detects that the shuttlecock is in motion and sends an electrical signal to the electrical controller, which activates the at least one light emitting device and/or the sound emitting device, until the shuttlecock is no longer in motion. The impact head preferably includes a plurality head discs, a plurality of buffer discs and a disc strap.
