Abstract:
Described herein are devices that provide projection-type video output in a portable and flexible design. The design includes a projection chamber, a base, and an interface that permits relative positioning between the projection chamber and base. The base maintains the position of the display device. The projection chamber includes components responsible for the production of images based on received video data and components responsible for the projection of those images. Relative pointing between the projection chamber and base allows the projection chamber to be pointed—and an output projected image to be positioned—with minimal effort.
Abstract:
A decorative fountain has a reservoir with a receiving space for receiving therein water, a pump received in the receiving space for pumping water in the reservoir upward, a base on the reservoir and having a through hole in alignment with the receiving space, a seat mounted around a periphery defining the through hole, a circuit board received in the seat, and a hollow frame on the base and provided with a hose received in the hollow frame and having an inlet extending to the aligned through hole and the receiving space and multiple outlets extending out from an inner periphery of the hollow frame. The outlets are so arranged that when the water in the receiving space is pumped upward and sprinkled out from the outlets, water trajectories from the outlets are interlaced with one another to present an interesting ornamental effect.
Abstract:
A fountain for heating and/or cooling a beverage comprises one or more heating and/or cooling elements that are configured to adjust a temperature of a beverage that circulates through the fountain. In one embodiment, the beverage fountain includes one or more heating elements located proximate to a basin, a cylinder, and/or a top reservoir of the fountain. In another embodiment, the beverage fountain includes one or more cooling elements located proximate to a basin, a cylinder, and/or a reservoir of the fountain. Alternatively, the beverage fountain may include both heating and cooling elements located proximate to a basin, a cylinder, a reservoir, and/or other locations of the fountain, wherein a selection device, such as an electrical switch or control module, may be adjusted by a user in order to select heating or cooling of the beverage.
Abstract:
A portable water sprinkling amusement device incorporates a water storage reservoir for transporting its own supply of water, at least one nozzle assembly defining at least one discharge orifice, an avenue of release establishing fluid communication between the water storage reservoir and the at least one nozzle assembly, and a fluid transfer system operative to develop forces for causing a stream of liquid to flow through the avenue of release and out of the discharge orifice upon actuation of an on/off mechanism.
Abstract:
A beverage dispensing assemblage or device is provided which includes light emitting means adapted to project light upward so as to highlight a selected portion of the ceiling or other features located above the device. The beam can project unencumbered light or words or images comprising customer information. It allows for simple inexpensive and rapid changes in the message projected.
Abstract:
A water toy includes a resilient pad connected to a water supply through a flexible water conduit. The resilient pad is shaped like a lilly pad, flower, leaf or other such pleasing and entertaining shape. The flexible water conduit is connected to the water source such that each resilient pad provides a spray or fountain of water in response to being squeezed or stepped upon.
Abstract:
A combination water feature and writing board has a front displaying a flow of water, and a number of movable writing board segments. These segments can be moved between a stored position in which the segments are stored behind the water feature, and an deployed position in which the segments cover the front of the water feature to provide a writing surface.
Abstract:
A water fountain includes a basin, multiple water pumps in the space of the basin for pumping the water in the space, an annular disk securely supported by an inner face of the basin and having a centrally defined hole and multiple through holes in communication with the outlets of each of the water pumps via pipes such that water pumped by the water pumps is able to be ejected out of the annular disk from the through holes, a sphere securely supported by a periphery defining the hole of the annular disk and a light emitting diode assembly received in the hole of the annular disk for emitting colorful light beams. A circuit board is sandwiched between a bottom of the basin and a cap for providing electricity to the water pumps and the light emitting diode assembly.
Abstract:
A multi-functional pot comprises a lower pot body, a spray ring, a pump, a supporting seat, and an upper pot body. A lower pot body has a positioning seat at a bottom thereof and the positioning seat has a via hole. The pump is installed on the positioning seat. The spray ring is a hollow ring and is placed in the lower pot body. A lower end of the spray ring has a water inlet tube which is connected to a soft tube. The soft tube is then connected to the pump. A soft tube of the pump passes through the upper via hole. A cotton strip is protruded out to be in the basin. The cotton strip absorbs water in the lower pot body to provide the water to the plants in the upper pot body.
Abstract:
The lighted table top water fountain includes a water bowl, a superstructure rising from the water bowl with a view area, overhead, a pump supplied with electrical power, and a water delivery system to carry water from the water bowl through the superstructure above the view area and drop the water into the view area. A plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) are mounted beneath the view area such that the waterfall is illuminated by the upwardly directed LEDs. A fiber optic light system is mounted between a scene board and a backboard, both of which are mounted at the rear of the superstructure behind the view area. Light generated from the fiber optics is emitted from said scene board into said view area and is reflected and refracted off of the waterfall. Optionally, an audio control turns ON and OFF the lights.
