Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for the cyclic rearrangement of a pile of rectangular or square sheets, especially a pile of photographic prints, having a first (12) and a second (14) frame part which may be moved relative to one another and parallel to the main plane of the pile, and having means that, on movement of the frame parts backwards and forwards, remove an individual sheet from one end of the pile and add it to the other end of the pile again, these means comprising:(a) a separating means (20/266) for separating the individual sheet (188) from the pile,(b) a feeding means (460) for feeding sheets to the separating means,(c) retaining means (460/20) for holding the individual sheet in the first frame part and the remainder of the pile in the other frame part, and(d) a guide means (386) for guiding the separated individual sheet for the purpose of returning it to the other end of the remainder of the pile, wherein the feeding means and the retaining means for holding the individual sheet are formed by a transporter (460) engaging the rear edge (seen in the feeding direction) of the sheet to be separated and wherein a pressure arrangement (476) is provided on the side of the pile remote from the transporter, wherein the device is designed for piles having different numbers of sheets, the pressure arrangement holds the sheet being separated in engagement with the transporter until the latter enters the separating means, and wherein the guide means comprise means (490) which, controlled by the movement of the frame parts, permit the introduction of the individual sheet between the pressure arrangement and the pile.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for a cyclic rearrangement of a pile (182) of sheets having a housing (12) with a viewing window (35) and a slider member (14) that can be pulled out of the housing (12) and pushed back into the housing again parallel to the latter, and having a sheet-changing mechanism by means of which one sheet in the pile (182) is retained in the housing while the slider member (14) transports the remainder of the pile out of the housing (12), means being provided for removing the sheet remaining in the housing (12) from the housing (12) through the opening provided in the housing for the slider member (14).
Abstract:
Container for pictures, especially for photopositives, which is constructed to be at the same time a stand-up or hanging frame or a component of an archive. The container has centering elements by means of which the uppermost picture of a stored pile is completely visible in the viewing window.
Abstract:
A container for accommodating a stack of pictures is disclosed. The container has a display window, a first chamber for accommodating a single picture at the window, and a second chamber separated from the first chamber wherein the remaining pictures of the stack can be loosely housed.
Abstract:
A transparent case (11) for a binder has a substantially parallelepiped form lacking one face and is made of transparent material. The lower support wall (17) of the case includes a wedge-shaped element (22) the sides of which project some millimeters inside the container. The sides (26, 28, 29) face the side walls (13, 14) of the case and are so connected as to spread the covers of the binder when it is introduced into the container. The wedge-shaped element (22) also has side faces (26, 27) parallel to the side walls (13, 14). The side faces (26, 27) space apart the binder covers so as to render them parallel and adjacent to the side walls (13, 14) of the container. This allows perfect viewing and reading of whatever writing or representation is on the covers of the binder and the best retention of the binder within the case, even when the binder contains few sheets.
Abstract:
An all-plastic desk top file or tray easily user assembled from planar panels that lock together with either snap-in integral barb or lateral tongue and slot connections without the use of any tools, and the tray is modular so trays can be stacked vertically and horizontally and locked together.
Abstract:
A base which is adapted to hold a pile of similarly dimensioned sheets includes a substantially flat and rectangular holder, which defines two parallel and normally horizontally positioned sides, and a frame which may be attached to, and surround the holder. The holder is formed with normally upright rim strips, and the frame covers the rim strips. Each rim strip is formed with a guide slot; a bar of transparent material is disposed in parallel with the horizontally positioned sides, and is slidable along the holder in a direction substantially perpendicular to the horizontally positioned sides. The frame is formed with recesses in the region of the guide slots, so as to accommodate the slidable bar, and each recess in the frame, and each guide slot corresponding thereto is located in a center region of a corresponding rim strip, and extends along about one third along a length thereof. The bar has bent over end portions engaging the guide slots, respectively, and a frame-like slider is glidably disposed on the bar.
Abstract:
A leaflet dispenser comprises at least three like channel-section members, one or more of which face upwardly to support the bottom edges of the leaflets and one or more pairs of which face inwardly to support the side edges of the leaflets. Each member comprises a base wall, a rear side wall, a front side wall and one or more ribs disposed between and substantially parallel with the side walls. The rib or ribs divide the member into two or more sub-channels into which leaflets may be put so that, although the dispenser can accommodate many leaflets, when only a few leaflets remain they will not bend and slide down into the dispenser. The base wall has slots therein to receive the rib or ribs and front side wall of another member for storage purposes.

Abstract:
A container for use in storing coupons between index cards, the container having a bottom portion with an open top and an upper portion with an open bottom, the portions being hinged together and dimensioned so that index cards received in the lower portion extend into the upper portion when the upper portion is closed, and pivotal support tabs attached to each of the bottom portion end walls and pivotal outwardly when the upper container portion is opened allowing the container to be supported on an upper ledge of a shopping cart.
