    Abstract: A spring assembly (1) is provided for an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat. The spring assembly (1) includes a clip wire (2), a spring guide (3) and a leg spring (4). In an installed state, the spring guide (3) can be disposed or is disposed in an axially movable but not rotatable manner on a straight first clip section (2.1) of the clip wire (2). The spring guide (3) can be brought or is brought into an operating state, in which it is rotatable with respect to the first clip section (2.1), via an axial movement on the first clip section (2.1). A method is further provided for installing a spring assembly (1) in an unlocking mechanism for a longitudinal adjustment system for a vehicle seat.

    Abstract: The present invention has an object to provide a seat for vehicles in which a seat cushion flip-up mechanism can be space-saving. In a seat for vehicles which has a flip-up mechanism to shift a seat cushion frame (200) disposed on a base part (5) from a normal seating posture (200-1) to a flipped-up posture (200-2), the flip-up mechanism includes: a support leg part (301) having one end connected to the seat cushion frame (200) rotatably around a first rotation shaft (303) and the other end connected to the base part (5) rotatably around a second rotation shaft (302); a guide part (201a) to be engaged with the one end of the support leg part (301) to guide the one end so as to lift the one end; and a coil spring (305) applying a biasing force so as to have the one end guided by the guide part (201a) and flip up a portion (303) connected with the seat cushion frame (200).

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a vehicle slide rail structure includes: a lower rail including a bottom wall extending in a first direction; an upper rail attached to the lower rail; a member including a first surface, two ends in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a continuous region, a first fitting element, and a second fitting element and attached to the bottom wall, the first surface facing the bottom wall, the two ends being on the first surface, the continuous region being of the first surface continuous between the two ends in the second direction; and a projection located between the first fitting element and the second fitting element in the first direction, protruding from the continuous region, and configured to abut against the bottom wall to elastically deform the member such that the first fitting element and the second fitting element are pressed against the bottom wall.

    Abstract: A seat-track assembly is provided and may include a first track member having a series of locking features and a second track member slidably supported by the first track member. The seat-track assembly may also include a locking mechanism having locking pawls movable between a locked state engaged with the locking features to restrict relative movement between the first and second track members and an unlocked state disengaged from the locking features to permit relative movement between the first and second track members. The locking pawls may each include locking elements that are received within respective ones of the series of locking features in the locked state such that the locking elements restrict relative movement between the first track member and the second track member in two directions when the locking pawls are in the locked state.

    Abstract: An adjustment mechanism for a motor vehicle seat includes first and second sensors, which are mounted on a first component of the adjustment mechanism, and protuberances provided on the second component of the adjustment mechanism. The first and second sensors are mounted facing the protuberances, with the sensors being positioned so that there is a phase difference between the signals detected by the two sensors. The mechanism includes an electronic control unit that determines a direction of movement of the components, based on the detected phase difference.
