    摘要: The invention relates to an efficient process for the preparation of methyl methyl carbamate by reacting methyl amine or N,N'-dimethyl urea with carbon monoxide, an oxidizing agent and a monoalcohol in the presence of a catalyst system including(i) a precursor selected from the group consisting of platinum group metals and soluble compounds of platinum group metals, and (ii) a promoter comprising at least one halogen containing compound selected from the group consisting of alkali metal halides, alkaline earth metal halides, quaternary ammonium halides, oxo acids of halogen atoms and their salts, and complex compounds containing halogen ions, organic halides and halogen molecules.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an improved method for the preparation of an intermediate for bambuterol, i.e. for the preparation of 2'-bromo-3,5-di[N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy]acetophenone (1), by reacting 3,5-dihydroxyacetophenone with N,N-dimethylcarbamoylchloride in ethyl acetate, isopropylacetate, butylacetate, ethylmethylketone or isobutylmethylketone as a solvent with small amount of pyridine as a catalyst and using crystallized potassium carbonate as a base, quenching with water, removing the solvent and dissolving of the resulting 3,5-di[N,N-dimethylcarbamoyloxy]acetophenone in ethyl acetate, to which dissolved hydrogen bromide is added and then bromine, whereupon the resulting intermediate (1) is collected in the form of crystals.

    摘要: A process for preparing carbamates is disclosed, in which:a stoichiometric or higher-than-stoichiometric amount of an alkyl carbonate or a cycloalkyl carbonate is reacted with an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic amine, in a first reaction step, by operating in the presence of a carbamation catalyst, in order to produce a mixture of a carbamate and an urea,the urea contained in the reaction product from the first process step is reacted with carbonate, in a second reaction step, in order to produce the corresponding carbamate, andthe reaction mixture coming from the second process step is submitted to treatments in order to recover the carbamate.The process makes it possible high yields and high values of selectivity to the useful reaction product to be obtained.
