An engine cleaning pump includes two piston heads reciprocally and movably received in two separate sleeves. When pressured air enters to force the two piston heads to move to the left, cleaning solution sucked from the fourth connector is able to flow to the first connector to carry the contaminated oil out of the engine. When the two piston heads are moved to the right, the cleaning solution forces the third ball away to pass through the oil entrance to enter the internal of the engine so as to clean the inside of the engine.

An air compressor assembly having an unpainted air tank that is enclosed in a shroud. The air tank may be made of metal, plastic, or the like. In a preferred embodiment, the shroud is made of plastic. The shroud may also be made of metal or the like. The air compressor assembly according to the present invention may be formed in various styles, including a portable type air compressor assembly, a nullpancakenull type air compressor assembly, a nullhot-dognull type air compressor assembly, a vertical nullhot-dognull type air compressor assembly, a vertical stationary type air compressor assembly, a nulldouble hot-dognull type air compressor assembly, and the like.

The portable electrical blower assembly has a pair of wall members; a motor control assembly coupled to a surface of one of the wall members, the motor control assembly including a motor control housing; a motor adjacent the motor control assembly and coupled thereto; and an air director disposed between the pair of wall members, the air director being rotatable with respect to the pair of wall members and the motor.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an air compressor assembly including, between a tank welding step and a final assembling step, a step of submerging a welded tank into a dip tank that contains cooling liquid treated with a corrosion inhibitor. In a preferred embodiment, in the submerging step, all air access ports of the welded tank are open to allow the cooling liquid to coat both the inside and outside surfaces of the air tank to maximize corrosion inhibitor protection and increase tank cooling rate. The method for manufacturing an air compressor assembly according to the present invention may be used in manufacturing air compressor assemblies in various styles.

An air compressor having a cooling fan that cools both a pump and an electric motor. Baffle compress air against the top of the motor, causing it to break up and flow around fours sides of the motor and through the motor. The pump includes an elongate intake tube or muffler that attenuates pump intake noise. A compressor tank for the air compressor includes a roll cage for protecting a condensate valve for the compressor tank. The compressor tank includes a rim base formed on the bottom of the compressor tank that permits the compressor tank to rest on a surface without additional supports or legs. Controls and gauges are mounted in the bottom clamshell piece, and openings on a top fit around the controls and gauges. The top and the bottom are aligned with guides so that the controls and gauges may be properly aligned with the openings.

The invention recites an apparatus comprising an internal combustion engine including an engine housing and a vertical shaft extending out of the engine housing. The engine is operable to rotate the shaft. The apparatus further includes an air compressor having a compressor housing, a drive member, an air intake, and an air outlet. The drive member is connected to the engine shaft and is rotatable in response to rotation of the engine shaft. The air compressor draws in low-pressure air through the air intake and discharges a flow of high-pressure air through the air outlet in response to rotation of the drive member. The apparatus also includes an accumulator tank that receives the flow of high-pressure air from the air outlet.

An air compressor package having improved stability and portability. The air compressor package is positionable in an operational position, wherein the air compressor package is positioned on a base, and a transport position, wherein the air compressor package is hand portable via a handle. Positioning of the air compressor package into the transport position is accomplished by pivoting the air compressor package about the base and positions the center of gravity of the air compressor in an orientation and position that is relatively comfortable.

A manual air pump with a handle includes a base member, a foot switch, an outlet cylinder, an inner cylinder and a pumping assembly. The foot switch is mounted on the base member. The outlet cylinder is mounted vertically on the base member. The inner cylinder is mounted vertically on the base member in the outer cylinder. The pumping assembly is moveably mounted in the outer cylinder and securely attached to the inner cylinder. Multiple check valves are mounted in the cylinders and the base member to form two stages to pump the air into the object to be inflated in a great quantity when the object to be inflated is in a low-pressure condition and easily pump compressed air into the object to be inflated when the object to be inflated is in a high-pressure condition.

An air pump for a bicycle which can be stored inside the saddle post of a bicycle is disclosed. The hand air pump or foot-hand air pump are supported in the saddle post by friction generating means, latch means, support means and/or biasing means. Furthermore, a foot-hand air pump which is substantially cylindrical in shape and having no protruding parts is disclosed. Still further, the air/foot pump has certain parts thereof not only providing their intended function in pumping air but also providing the function of generating friction is disclosed.

A port cover is removably attached to a compressor to protect a port of the compressor. The port cover is integrally made of elastomer and has a cap member adapted to close the port, a cover member coupled to the cap member and adapted to cover a pipe fixing portion of the compressor, and a handle extending from the cap member. The cover member has a cylindrical portion faced to a side surface of the pipe fixing portion. The cylindrical portion has a specific portion extending from a first end of the cylindrical portion opposite to the compressor towards a second end opposite to the first end. The specific portion allows the first end of the cylindrical portion to be increased in diameter.
