摘要: Apparatus and associated methods relate to remote priming of a texture sprayer. The texture sprayer includes a main unit, a hose assembly and a spray gun, the main unit includes an air compressor, a sensor that senses a parameter of air compressed by the air compressor, and a texture material pump that is activated and deactivated in response to the parameter sensed. A spray gun can be remoted coupled to the main unit via the hose assembly. The spray gun includes a nozzle, from which the texture material is forcefully expelled as a spray, a trigger, and a prime valve. Actuation of the trigger causes the spray gun to mix the compressed air with the texture material and to forcefully expel the texture material as a spray from the nozzle, thereby causing flow of the compressed air. Opening the prime valve releases the compressed air thereby causing flow of the compressed air.

The high velocity muffler system is maintenance-free and comprises an inertia filter. The compressor assembly uses a method for producing a compressor pump feed and reducing noise during compressing operations by processing a gas through the high velocity muffler system which has an inertia filter and a muffler chamber to produce a compressor pump feed which can be compressed by a pump assembly.

wherein the electrical work WLoad the electrical work WLoad is compared with a characteristic value of the electrical work W0 from a characteristic diagram, wherein the change in position ΔZ, the difference in mass Δm and the difference in payload ΔFZ are determined from the difference ΔW between WLoad and W0 and the mass mLoad and the weight load or payload which is actually present as a result is determined therefrom.-

摘要: An air compressor (10) includes an air pump (34) with a pump inlet (34a) for receiving air to be pressurized and a pump outlet (34b). An air tank (14) includes a tank inlet (14a) coupled with the pump outlet (34b) for receiving pressurized air from the air pump (34), and a tank outlet (14b) for directing pressurized air from a tank outlet (14b) to at least one pneumatic device (24). A brushless DC motor (36) includes a rotatable output (36a) coupled with the air pump (34) for operating the air pump (34) to pressurize air. A control (42) is electrically coupled to the brushless DC motor (36). The control (42) changes the level of electric current drawn by the brushless DC motor (36) to thereby change the rate of rotation of the rotatable output (36a) and/or the pump performance level.

摘要: In an embodiment, an integrated ground support system for an aircraft is described herein, the system including a frame on which the system is arranged as a singular assembly. An engine, drive train, alternator, bleed air unit, one or more electrical components, and air cycle machine are mounted on the frame. The engine operates at a first operational state associated with a first rotational speed that is independent of a frequency associated with electrical power, if only the electrical power is to be used by the aircraft, and the engine operates at a second operational state associated with a second rotational speed, different from the first rotational speed, that is a function of a pressure associated with bleed air or the conditioned air, if the electrical power and one of the bleed air or the conditioned air are to be used simultaneously by the aircraft.

摘要: A portable, refrigerant recovery unit for transferring refrigerant from a refrigeration system to a storage tank. The recovery unit includes two, opposed piston heads rigidly attached to respective piston rods that extend along a common fixed axis. The piston rods are rigidly attached to the yoke member of a scotch yoke arrangement. In operation, incoming refrigerant from the system is simultaneously and continuously directed to the opposing piston heads wherein the forces of the pressurized refrigerant on them counterbalance or neutralize one another. The recovery unit also has a cooling fan driven by the motor for driving the scotch yoke in which the fan is driven through a step up gearing arrangement. In operation, the drive shaft of the motor is rotated at a first rate and the driven shaft of the fan is driven at a greater rate (e.g., twice the first rate) by the step up gearing arrangement.

At a point in time when the air pressure inside the air-storage tank has increased to a first set pressure, the supply of fuel to the engine is cut off, thereby stopping the engine and the combustion of fuel. At a point in time when the air pressure inside the air-storage tank has decreased from the first set pressure to a second set pressure, a starter motor is started up to resume the operation of the engine.

摘要: In an air compressor, inner blades of a cooling fan are formed into a centrifugal type, and outer blades are formed into an axial flow type. Exterior air is sucked through a ventilating window by the outer blades, and an air stream (CA1) is generated. A part of the generated air stream flows towards a stator coil, like an air stream (CA2). By a negative pressure generated by the inner blades, the air in the vicinity of the stator coil is sucked to the inner blades, like an air stream (CA3). The sucked air flows out from a motor-side opening towards a non-motor-side opening by a negative pressure generated by the outer blades, is sucked to the outer blades like an air stream (CA4) and flows out together with the air stream (CA1).
