摘要: A hydraulically operated compressor has a fixed piston and a fixed compression or outer cylinder. A drive or intermediate cylinder is located between the piston and outer cylinder. A compression chamber is formed between the drive cylinder and the outer cylinder. Drive fluid is pumped into and released from an interior chamber in the drive cylinder to reciprocate the drive cylinder. The drive fluid also provides cooling to the interior of the compressor.

摘要: A pumping system pumps material or fluid downhole, for example, to perform a stimulation operation. The pumping system comprises a hydraulic pump coupled to an intensifier. The intensifier comprises a piston which allows for a small footprint as compared to an intensifier with a plunger. The hydraulic cylinder of the intensifier is protected from the corrosive, erosive and abrasive effects of the material or fluid to be pumped by one or more seals. Using the intensifier that includes a piston provides for a greater reliability of the overall pumping system as fewer strokes are required and a compact pumping system as the stroke length of the intensifier with a piston is less than the stroke length required for a plunger.

摘要: A jack with a protecting structure of a pump piston and a method for using the same are provided. The jack includes a housing, a base located inside the housing, and the protecting structure. An oil cylinder and a pump body are installed on the base. A pump piston is installed on the pump body. A spring is installed on the pump piston and the pump body. A stop protrusion is arranged on the pump piston. The protecting structure includes a dustproof sleeve and a wool felt. The dustproof sleeve is installed on the base and the pump piston. One end of the dustproof sleeve is detachably fixed on the base through a fastener. The other end of the dustproof sleeve is connected to an end portion of the pump piston. The shape of the dustproof sleeve is set into a wavy type.
