    摘要: The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.

    摘要: A cable assembly includes a cable, a connector-body, a cable-seal, and a retainer. The connector-body is attached to the cable. The cable-seal is disposed within the connector-body and surrounds the cable. The cable-seal is configured to inhibit entry of a contaminant into the connector-body. The retainer is in direct contact with the cable, the connector-body and the cable-seal. The retainer is configured to retain the cable-seal within the connector-body. The retainer is configured to be installed onto the cable and is attached to the connector-body. The retainer contains cable-clamps mounted to a pair of opposed inclined-surfaces located on an inner-surface of the retainer. The cable-clamps include inclined-ramps configured to engage the inclined-surfaces. The inclined-ramps move along the inclined-surfaces, thereby causing the cable-clamps to impart a radial-force normal to the cable when the retainer is attached to the connector-body.

    摘要: A quick connect plug for cables includes a connecting portion configured to connect a cable and a plug pin configured to form a plug-in connection with a socket. The plug pin is fixedly provided with a plug-in unit. A portion of the plug-in unit protruding out of an external annular surface of the plug pin forms a locking head matched with a socket slot. A gap is provided between a portion of the plug-in unit near the locking head and the plug pin, so as to enable the locking head to move along an axis direction of the plug pin, and the gap can limit the maximum displacement of the locking head. By providing a plug-in unit and a gap between the portion of the plug-in unit near the locking head and the plug pin, the plug-in unit is enabled to move, thus having certain elasticity.

The strain release member can have a forward portion coupled to the inner shell and having a rearward portion extending rearward. The audio connector can also include a cable that can be secured to the rearward portion of the structural post.
