摘要: A method for processing a video includes performing a conversion between a current block of visual media data and a corresponding coded representation of the visual media data. The conversion of the current block includes determining whether a use of one or both of a bi-directional optical flow (BIO) technique or a decoder-side motion vector refinement (DMVR) technique to the current block is enabled or disabled. Determining the use of the BIO technique or the DMVR technique is based on a cost criterion associated with the current block.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of predicting a block vector in a multi-view image, the method including allowing an encoder to determine a reference block of a reference image for a specific block of a depth image or a specific-view image among multi-view images, allowing the encoder to determine block vector information for intra block copy (IBC) of the specific block on the basis of a block vector of the reference block when the reference block is encoded using the IBC, and allowing the encoder to encode the block vector information of the specific block. The reference image of the specific view is an image of another view, and the reference image of the depth image is a texture image corresponding to the depth image.

摘要: A video image processing method includes determining a related block of a current image block according to a motion vector of a target neighboring block, the current image block, and a collocated frame of the current image block, decoding the current image block according to a motion vector of the related block of the current image block, constructing motion vectors of part of control points of the current image block according to neighboring blocks of the part of the control points of the current image block, and adding the motion vectors of the part of the control points of the current image block to a motion vector candidate list of the current image block.

摘要: Devices, systems and methods for the simplification of sub-block motion candidate lists for video coding are described. In a representative aspect, a method for video processing includes determining, during a conversion between a current block and a bitstream representation of the current block, a temporal motion vector prediction candidate for a sub-block of the current block. The temporal motion vector prediction candidate is completely determined based on K neighboring blocks of the current block, K being a positive integer. The method also includes performing the conversion based on the temporal motion vector prediction candidate for the sub-block.

摘要: The present invention discloses an image decoding method, the method including generating a candidate list including motion information derived from a spatial neighboring block and a temporal neighboring block adjacent to a current block; deriving motion information of the current block using the candidate list; generating a prediction block of the current block using the derived motion information; and updating the derived motion information in a motion information list, wherein the generating of the candidate list is performed in such a manner as to include at least one information of the motion information included in the updated motion information list in a block decoded before the current block.
