    Abstract: Some embodiments include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for enhanced direct secondary cell activation in a 5G wireless communications system. A user equipment (UE) can receive a Radio Resource Control (RRC) command from a 5G Node B (gNB) via a Primary Cell (PCell) or via a Primary Secondary Cell (PSCell) that includes configuration data for a Secondary Cell (SCell), where the SCell operates in Frequency Range 2 (FR2). The RRC command includes a first Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) state for the SCell, and the UE can activate the SCell for the UE based at least on the configuration data, concurrently with the first TCI state for receiving the PDCCH transmission. The UE can receive a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) transmission via a first antenna beam from the SCell, where the first antenna beam is based on the first TCI state.

    Abstract: In one or more embodiments, a computing device is configured to modify an original video by applying a machine learning model. The computing device obtains multiple training data sets, with each particular training data set including an original video and a corresponding modified video. One or more frames from the original video are cropped to generate corresponding frames in the corresponding modified video. The computing device trains a machine learning model, using the training data sets, to generate modified videos from original videos such that one or more frames in the original videos are modified to generate corresponding frames in respective modified videos. Once the machine learning model is trained, the computing device obtains a target original video and applies the trained machine learning model to the target original video to generate a target modified video.

Payment card data may be received, where the payment card data was read by an NFC interface of the second device communicating with the payment card. After receiving the payment card data, a request may be transmitted to complete the transaction. A notification of the transaction result may be transmitted to the first device.
