    Abstract: An electromagnetic drive spherical robotic wrist with two degrees of freedom and a control method therefor, which is particularly a highly integrated active spherical robotic wrist, realizes pitch and yaw rotation with two degrees of freedom under the direct drive of a coaxial following magnetic torque of a spatial universal rotational magnetic field through a built-in permanent magnet cylinder with radial magnetization of a following mechanism formed by coaxial connection of two output ends of internal and external universal joints with the same rotation center. The electromagnetic drive spherical robotic wrist overcomes the disadvantages of a complex transmission mechanical wrist, and a wrist transmission system has a simple and light structure, high transmission efficiency, good static and dynamic performance, and fast control response.

    Abstract: A method for preparing high-purity nickel-based superalloy includes the steps of: performing electron beam smelting on small cylinders in a first water-cooled copper crucible after preheating an electron gun, and converging the beam to the edge of one side of the ingot; turning on the electron gun again after completely solidifying the ingot, the electron beam spot uniformly and slowly scanning a surface of the ingot from a side opposite to a final beam converging area of the ingot to the final beam converging area of the ingot to ensure that the alloy at a position scanned by the electron beam spot is completely melted, and stopping scanning once scanning to the final converging area of the ingot; casting the molten alloy in the first water-cooled copper crucible to the second water-cooled copper crucible; taking out the refined nickel-base superalloy after cooling down the electron beam melting furnace.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an apparatus and a method for forming a large-scale thin-walled ring shell by hot-press bending with internal gas pressure. The method comprises: welding a first head and a second head to the pipe; arranging a first electrode and a second electrode at the two ends of the pipe; charging compressed gas to the heated sealed pipe assembly; placing the sealed pipe assembly between the convex part of the first die and the concave part of the second die, controlling the temperatures of the first and second dies to perform press bending; increasing the gas pressure in the bent sealed pipe assembly, to attach the bent sealed pipe assembly to the die cavity profile; discharging the compressed gas, cutting the first head, second head and extra material to obtain a formed ring shell segment; welding formed ring shell segments to obtain a large-scale thin-walled ring shell.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of membranes and provides a carbon nanotube/nanofiber conductive composite membrane and a preparation method thereof. The conductive membrane with a meshy pore structure intertwined by one-dimensional nano materials is constructed by taking one-dimensional nanofiber nonwovens prepared by electrospinning as a support layer and CNTs cross linked on the support layer as a separation layer. The membrane pore size of the composite membrane involved can be controlled from microfiltration to ultrafiltration, and membrane morphology includes flat membranes, hollow fiber membranes, and spiral-wound membranes. The main advantages and beneficial effects of the composite membrane involved are: simple preparation steps, better permeability and mechanical strength, good hydrophilicity and electrical conductivity, and easy mass production and application.

    Abstract: A method for segmenting a camouflaged object image based on distraction mining is disclosed. PFNet successively includes a multi-layer feature extractor, a positioning module, and a focusing module. The multi-layer feature extractor uses a traditional feature extraction network to obtain different levels of contextual features; the positioning module first uses RGB feature information to initially determine the position of the camouflaged object in the image; the focusing module mines the information and removes the distraction information based on the image RGB feature information and preliminary position information, and finally determines the boundary of the camouflaged object step by step. The method of the present invention introduces the concept of distraction information into the problem of segmentation of the camouflaged object and develops a new information exploration and distraction information removal strategy to help the segmentation of the camouflaged object image.

    Abstract: A broadband ultrathin sound absorption or sound insulation structure controlling an acoustic wave propagation path has at least one sound absorption unit or one sound insulation unit; and each sound absorption unit or sound insulation unit has at least one acoustic wave focused section and at least one acoustic wave absorption section. The acoustic wave focused section is formed by an acoustic wave focused cavity filled with acoustic material.
