Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for effectively recovering a sugar solution containing glucose and saccharogenic residues after saccharification using an acid or a saccharification enzyme of a wood-based or algae biomass, and a device for implementing the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method capable of recovering a sugar solution using minimal equipment and water after aggregating fine particles by adding a protein suspension to a suspension of glucose and saccharogenic residues which are produced by saccharifying cellulose by adding an acid or saccharification enzyme to the biomass, while capable of minimizing an amount of saccharide lost in the residues, and a device for implementing the method.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a DUSP1 inhibitor. The pharmaceutical composition comprising the DUSP1 inhibitor according to the present invention can solve the problems of inhibitors that target the active site because it inhibits DUSP1 by an allosteric inhibitory mechanism, and is effective for preventing or treating diseases involving DUSP1 enzymes, for example, a cancer such as a liver cancer, a breast cancer and a pancreatic cancer, a hepatitis C, and a depression. In particular, the DUSP1 inhibitor according to the present invention is very effective in treating a depression because it directly acts on neuronal growth.

These compounds according to the present invention remarkably inhibits activity of DRAK that inhibits signal systems of TGF-β, which is known to suppress cancer growth, and thus the novel pyrimidine compounds can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer and can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory disease.

Powdered uranium dioxide should be in the following proportion: O/U=2.37±0.04, it is obtained using a renowned method—by air heating of powdered uranium dioxide (ceramic grade) with the following proportion O/U=2.01−2.15. Also, the composite membrane of the invention is easier to produce and cheaper to manufacture than the conventional anion-exchange composite membrane.
