摘要: A device is described for producing a fiber product by laying down melt-spun fibers onto a laydown belt. A spinning device is associated with a top side of the laydown belt and a suction-extraction device is associated with the bottom side. A vacuum device has a movable suction chamber which interacts with the spinning device in order to lay down the fibers on the laydown belt. To generate a uniform suction flow in every position of the suction chamber, the suction chamber is formed from a stationary bottom box and a movable top box which are coupled to one another in a pressure-tight manner.

摘要: A device and method for metering and/or feeding in liquid colorants and/or functional additives, in particular odorants is described. The device includes a plurality of tanks, a plurality of primary pumps each of which are associated with respective tanks and a colorant mixing device. The colorant mixing device has a plurality of valves with valve inlets and valve outlets, a collecting chamber in a collecting block which is connected to the valve outlets via very small volumes on its inlet side. A mixer is connected to the collecting chamber and a dispensing line is connected to the mixer. The primary pumps are connected in each case to a valve inlet. The through flow volume of the very small volumes is in each case at most 10 cm3, preferably considerably smaller. A further pump for feeding in liquid colorants or additives into a polymer melt can be dispensed with.

摘要: A device for winding up a thread is described. The device has at least one spool spindle that can be driven and includes a spool housing with a thread catching device associated with the spool housing. The spool spindle is associated with a changing device for guiding the thread back and forth and an auxiliary device for guiding the thread when catching and laying down the thread. The auxiliary device includes at least one moveable metal guide having a guide edge or a guide groove for guiding the thread, such that the moveable guide can be guided between a transfer position in the area of the changing device and a parking position to the side next to the changing device. A stationary pin thread guide may be associated with the moveable guide in the parking position.

摘要: Techniques monitor machinery for the production or treatment of synthetic fibers. Such techniques involve constant generation and recording of system messages of machine components and control components. Such techniques further involve continuous storage of the system messages as log data in a log memory. Such techniques further involve readout, preprocessing and analysis of the log data with the aid of algorithms based on statistical procedures and machine learning methods in order to identify frequent sequences of system messages and/or an anomaly.

摘要: Techniques involve texturing a synthetic thread. The thread is pulled off a feed bobbin, which is connected via the thread end thereof to a beginning of a thread of a reserve bobbin by way of a thread knot. In order to monitor the texturing, a thread tension of the thread is measured and analyzed in a measuring point. Additionally, measuring signals of the thread tension are analyzed at the measuring point using a machine learning program, in order to identify the thread knot. To this end, a device has a diagnostic unit, which interacts with the thread tension measuring device in such a way that the measuring signals of the thread tension can be analyzed by way of a machine learning program for identifying a thread knot.

摘要: Techniques are directed to a method and a device for monitoring a yarn tension of a running yarn in a yarn treatment process. To this end, the yarn tension of the yarn is continuously measured and the measurement signals for the yarn tension are compared with a threshold value of an admissible yarn tension. In the event of an inadmissible tolerance deviation of the measurement signals, a short-term signal path of the yarn tension is detected as a fault graph. In order to enable a fault diagnosis, the fault graph of the yarn tension is analyzed using a machine learning program. The fault graph is then allocated to one of the existing fault categories or to a new fault category. A device for this purpose may include a diagnosis unit, which cooperates accordingly with the yarn tension evaluation unit.

摘要: A device for melt-spinning, drawing, and winding a thread group includes a spinning device having a row of spinning nozzles. The threads produced by the spinning nozzles are drawn by means of a godet device with multiple drivable godets. The device is paired with a winding device with multiple winding stations arranged in a row. The row of winding stations is arranged orthogonally to the row of spinning nozzles. The different thread spacings within the spinning device and the godet device are bridged by a thread deflecting device having a first group of thread guides and a second group of thread guides. The thread guides of the first group are arranged next to one another in a horizontal row with a spinning spacing. It is possible to obtain large deflections with a low height. The thread guides of the two groups are made of freely rotatable rollers.

摘要: Techniques produce a multifilament thread from a polyamide melt. In this case, freshly extruded filaments are cooled and combined to form a thread. In order, in addition to low boil-off shrinkage, to achieve high strength, the thread is taken off at a take-off rate in the range from 3600 m/min to 4600 m/min, preferably from 4000 m/min to 4400 m/min, by a first godet group having unheated guide casings. Subsequently, the thread is fully drawn between the first godet group and a second godet group having heated guide casings. After drawing, the thread is heated to a thread temperature in the range from 140° C. to 200° C. under tension at the guide casings of the second godet group and relaxed. After relaxing, the thread runs in a contact-free manner through at least one free cooling section between the second godet group and a third godet group having unheated guide casings.
