摘要: Provided is a semi-aromatic polyamide fiber having excellent spinning stability, heat resistance and chemical resistance. The semi-aromatic polyamide fiber includes a semi-aromatic polyamide resin having a melting point of 290° C. or higher and a plasticizer having a 5% thermal weight reduction temperature of 320° C. or higher, the resin having as a dicarboxylic acid component an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and as a diamine component 1,9-nonanediamine unit and 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine unit in a molar ratio (the former:the latter) of 70:30 to 99:1.

摘要: The invention relates to a sports ball comprising a rubber core and optionally a felt, the rubber core defining an internal volume and an outer surface, the felt being provided on the outer surface of the rubber core, and the rubber core comprising: natural and/or synthetic rubber; and a biodegradability-enabling additive comprising at least one organic compound in a carrier material, wherein the organic compound is a nutrient substrate for an active landfill or marine environment strain of bacteria. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a tennis ball including: a) mixing natural rubber and butadiene rubber with further ingredients and the biodegradability-enabling additive; b) extruding a portion of the mixture; c) utilizing the extruded portion for forming a shellpart; d) assembling a core by attaching at least two shellparts to each other; e) inflating the core; and f) providing a felt on the surface of the core.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a fabric, a preparation method thereof and clothing formed therefrom. The preparation method includes the following steps: obtaining bio-based synthetic fiber chips from textile waste materials; obtaining extruded filaments from the bio-based synthetic fiber chips by adopting a spinning solution; and weaving and interlocking the extruded filaments with bio-based elastic fibers to obtain the fabric. The prepared fabric is obtained from the textile waste materials, so that waste recycling is realized, and the pollution of the textile wastes to the environment is avoided. The spinning solution is adopted in the preparation process of the fabric, so that the opacity and hydrophilicity of the fabric can be enhanced.

摘要: A preparation method of self-crimping elastic combined filament yarns for knitting is disclosed, wherein the combined filament yarns are extruded from the same spinneret; a first fiber-forming polymer melt is divided into two ways, one is directly extruded after distribution; and the other is extruded after distribution by side-by-side composite spinning together with a second fiber-forming polymer melt; the first fiber-forming polymer and the second fiber-forming polymer are compatible or partially compatible; on the same spinneret, a ratio of the number of spinneret holes m for direct extrusion to the number of spinneret holes n for extrusion after distribution by side-by-side composite spinning is 1:(5-10); the self-crimping elastic combined filament yarns for knitting are prepared according to specific spinning processes, wherein the combined filament yarn mainly comprises a first fiber-forming polymer monofilament and a first/second fiber-forming polymer side-by-side composite monofilament; wherein the monofilament crimping directions are randomly distributed.
