Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display device and a manufacturing method of a transflective array substrate. The transflective array substrate includes: a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixel cells. Each of the pixel cells includes a thin film transistor (TFT), a photoresist layer, and at least one pixel electrode. The photoresist layer is configured on the TFT. Each of the pixel cells includes a reflective area configured above the photoresist layer. As such, light-reflection efficiency and brightness of the display device may be improved, so as to provide better user experience.

Abstract: A method for encapsulating an OLED device includes providing a substrate on which a barrier layer is formed; forming a surface active layer that includes multiple strips on the barrier layer; forming buffer strips on the surface active layer to correspond, in a one-to-one manner, to the strips of the surface active layer; and allowing the buffer strips to spread over the substrate and cover the barrier layer to form a buffer layer. The surface active layer that is sandwiched between and in direct contact with the barrier layer and the buffer layer includes a material that creates a hydrogen bond with a material of the buffer layer to enhance bonding therebetween.

Abstract: An array substrate includes multiple gate lines, multiple data lines, and multiple light-shielding electrode lines. The multiple gate lines and the multiple data lines intersect each other to circumferentially delimit a plurality of sub pixels. The multiple light-shielding electrode lines are arranged to correspond to the multiple data lines. The plurality of sub pixels includes a blue sub pixel column corresponding to a blue color filter. At least one sub pixel of the blue sub pixel column includes a light-shielding electrode. The light-shielding electrode is connected to light-shielding electrode lines that are located on two opposite sides of the blue sub pixel column. Displaying abnormality that occurs in displaying pure blue or pure yellow images can be avoided. Also provided is a display panel.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device and a backlight module are disclosed. The backlight module includes a first light-emitting element; a clamper, which is provided with a curved groove and used for accommodating the first light-emitting element; and a light guide plate that is arranged outside the clamper and provided with a curved end surface which faces the first light-emitting element. The curved end surface and the curved groove are aligned with each other. The liquid crystal display device includes the aforesaid backlight module. The cost of the backlight module is relatively low. A curved liquid crystal display device provided with the backlight module can have a good display effect.

Abstract: Provided is an array substrate, including a sequence controller and gate drivers, and each of the gate drivers includes a first adjustable resistor and a gate drive unit, and one end of the first adjustable resistor is coupled to a first voltage, and the other end of the first adjustable resistor is coupled to a first input end of the gate drive unit, and the sequence controller is coupled to a control end of the first adjustable resistor to adjust a resistance value of the first adjustable resistor to make voltage difference values among the gate drive units in a preset range. In the gate driver, a first adjustable resistor is added between the first voltage and the gate drive unit. By controlling the resistance value of the first adjustable resistor, the voltages of the adjacent gate drivers are the same to prevent the appearance of the horizontal boundary.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a bidirectional shift register unit, a bidirectional shift register, and a display panel, wherein the bidirectional shift register unit includes: an pull-up circuit is configured to transform first clock signals into scanning signals outputting at a current level, an pull-up control circuit is configured with a forward pull-up sub-circuit and a backward pull-up sub-circuit respectively configured to pull up a potential of a control end of the pull-up circuit when a forward scanning process or a backward scanning process is conducted, a pull-down circuit and a pull-down maintaining circuit are respectively configured to pull down and continuously pull down the potential of the control end of the pull-up circuit and the scanning signals outputting at the current level during a pull-down phase. As such, a bidirectional scanning process may be achieved.
