A dispensing head for dispensing product from a reservoir having at least one of a pump and a valve includes a body configured to be mounted on the reservoir and a movable portion connected to the body by a hinge permitting pivotal movement of the movable portion during displacement of an actuating surface on the movable portion. The movable portion is configured to actuate the at least one pump and valve in response to the pivotal movement and includes an applicator capable of receiving product from the reservoir when the at least one pump and valve is actuated. The dispensing head also includes a guide configured to substantially limit movement of the movable portion to the pivotal movement about the hinge.

Applicator device for liquid, including a container and a dispenser head connected to the container via a dispenser cap. The dispenser head is made of a porous material. The container is a pressurized reservoir equipped with a dispenser valve. The dispenser head is borne by a support connected to a joining piece for cooperating with the valve to open the valve when a mechanical stress is exerted on the dispenser head. The liquid discharged from the reservoir during valve opening is channelled through the joining piece towards an inner face of the dispenser head. The dispenser cap includes a fastening member for connecting the cap to the reservoir. A flexible element connects the fastening member and the support, the rigid skirt being connected, in the vicinity of its upper edge, to a cylindrical wall which constitutes the flexible element. The dispenser cap is made in one piece by plastic molding.

The actuating device (1) is adapted to be incorporated into a dispenser provided with a valve (41) having a tubular end (43) which must be pressed in order to discharge the product. The device (1) includes a poppet valve (10), the movement of which is substantially transverse to the axis of the end (43). Action by the user on the push-button results, on the one hand, in opening of the poppet valve (10) and, on the other hand, in pressure being exerted on the tubular end (43) by the use of a film hinge (39). The vertical movement of the push-button is converted into a horizontal movement of the popper valve by means of an orthogonal joint. The product to be dispensed still pass into a chamber rendered airtight by the poppet valve (10) and a flexible collar (13), so that the product, especially a self-foaming product, remains hermetically sealed in the chamber during periods of non-use.

A dispensing head for container having an outlet nozzle includes a coupling member for fitting on the nozzle and is provided with a central conduit, a chamber for an additive product surrounding the central conduit with the chamber having at its base an annular opening to the central conduit; a tube is slidably disposed in the central conduit and has at one end adjacent the coupling member openings so that when the head is mounted on the nozzle the tube will be moved from a storage position, where the opening of the chamber to the central conduit is closed, to another position where the openings of the tube establish communication between the chamber's opening and the central conduit; the end of the chamber remote from the nozzle has a plurality of openings to permit dispensing of the additive with the main product.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an article to be applied to the human body, comprising the following steps: digital acquisition of 3D contour data from the region on which the article needs to be applied; producing a mould using the 3D data and a numerical-control manufacturing machine; applying to the mould a coating intended to form the article; and at least partially cutting out the coating to the format of the article.
